I never disliked Willian. I just always maintained the his output is very average. I consistently disagreed with the assertion that he was a better "decision maker" on the ball; citing that if he was, it will translate directly into high scoring and goal assist rate.

Now you are up my street. For all of William's work rate, output is still way below what is expected of a midfielder. I have been saying this since Willian's arrival. For me, I have extreme views. I have observed for a while that there is a certain manner of imbalance that fielding the likes of Fabregas, Oscar and Willian brings. None of them is a complete Midfielder. If you ask me, if I can get cash for all, I will.

As a matter of fact, I believe even Matic brings a manner of imbalance to the team. I am beginning to look in a certain way. Left to me, I will re-staff the midfield and wings with the sole aim of bringing balance, structure and better ball retention to the midfield and attack.

The answer is NO. Quite possibly from a Tier 4 visa (and you need to be in a field with skill shortage), but almost certainly not with a visit visa.
