You cannot write that.

Well, we'll say we tried.
We will write the season off and be back for the next.

What will y'all be doing next season again?
Top four again right?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 3:56pm On Apr 21, 2012
Na u sabi. Meanwhile be careful about what you wish for us.
If we win the UCL and you end up fourth.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 3:30pm On Apr 21, 2012
There's no place for anyone who doesn't understand what pass means.
It doesn't matter whether upfront or otherwise.
Like I said, Patrick Bamford and Islam Feruz will lead the line at Chelsea before DS does.

Meanwhile I am really mad at AVB myself for sidelining Bertrand.
How many games now and he's never dissappointed.

There are a ton of players in the youth side that can do a job.
They just need one person to believe in them and they'll do a job.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 2:42pm On Apr 21, 2012
dayokanu: If he loses today and again lose in Nou camp then he would have himself to blame

But if he gets any point here even a draw and qualifies at Nou then he would be judged an Einstein
You have a point.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 2:33pm On Apr 21, 2012
This is the same Sturridge some believe should be leading the line.
Until he learns the simple things about football, he'll never become great.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 2:30pm On Apr 21, 2012
dayokanu: So you know one of the amateurs is Fernandud? LOL

Honestly I am not sure that was a right lineup, because making top 4 is as important as the match in Nou camp
I thought he should start strong and give a rest if need be.
Like you said, top four is more important.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 2:25pm On Apr 21, 2012
dayokanu: This match looks like a matchup between 2 amateur sides
There's only one amateur here. Chelsea could have started with Mata, lamps, Drogba, Cole, Mikel, Ivanovic . Arsenal have it easy and don't even look like winning.

Meanwhile, every single game bertrand shows why we can have some options in the youth.
How atrociuos has Danny been?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 11:34pm On Apr 18, 2012
dayokanu: Was AVB sacked because of 800m or because of poor results? Was AVB sacked because of playing pattern or Result? Was AVB sacked because of young players or Results?

You need a brain job, Not a bloww job cos you can easily get that from coogar but a brain job

Maybe if you eat more Isiewu some Goat grey matter can seep into your skull
You are a dunce. You have come back with your beer parlour analysis again.
You asked what the fundamental problems are and I explained them. .
Where has the AVB sack come into it.

Have I alluded to the fact that AVB was not sacked for poor results? No!
Why then are you mentioning that? I have no idea how you argue sometimes.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 11:31pm On Apr 18, 2012
afrodoc: LMAO.....d funny thing is i have seen very few debates on NL where one of the parties involved conceded that he/she was wrong and that the other person's superior argument had won him/her over.everybody comes with preconceived ideas and most remain dogmatic to the very end.
if somehow RDM gets results n has a good record from his first 50 matches some pple here will keep saying its due to d new manager effect /phenomenon.
dts d way of NL.
Of course because unlike you, some others see things in other ways.
In case you never knew RDM, he is one of those managers like AVB who have an staunch attacking philosophy.
It worked at MK Dons, it failed miserably at West Brom.

So when I see RDM sitting back and breaking, I immediately know that's not his way of playing.
The only thing it points to is the mid term manager thing at Chelsea. Just default to a defensive classic 4-3-3.

I don't want to take anything away from him but for all I know, it might be JT and Lampard telling this is the only way we can play and he obliges.

It will be a very different scenario if RDM was courted in the summer and employed. He would have come in straight with his own philosophy.
However, he had the luxury of seeing how the players revolted against a change. It's common sense to not take the same approach but work with the players.

I want to see RDM after a string of losses and the media is all over him asking if his job is safe.
I want to see his reaction when the likes of Drogba, Lampard and Terry ask him "what have you won"?

For now though, it very well appears he is doing well
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 11:18pm On Apr 18, 2012
dayokanu: Yeah thats the way especially with Mr Nateevs who has been found out several times. i remember you even said how can a fan be praying for his own team to lose to make a point

Now its due to the new manager effect

Chelsea that drew Norwich, Swansea, lost to Everton, Napoli and West brom barely 2 months ago

has now beaten the best team in the world, beaten the same napoli won 11 points of their last 18, In the FA cup finals after smashing Tottenham and its still due to the NEW MANAGER EFFECT

I think we should archive some of nateevs statement so future generation can see how clueless a fan can be and that football Stupidity didnt start in 2078, Nateevs pioneered and patented Stoopidity way back in 2011 grin cheesy
Hehehehe. Still awaiting your response.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 10:59pm On Apr 18, 2012
dayokanu: So where are the same fundamental problems that still persist given RDM records according to you as shown in the bolded.

RDM was able to default to what works and get results yet AVB couldnt default to what works even in the face of imminent sack

The same team that couldnt win Swansea, Norwich etc in january has now beaten Barcelona, Napoli, Smashed Tottenham after the sack of Rookie
The fundamental problems exist. The fundamental problem is Chelsea are club that have spent over £800m on players and have a bunch of players who can only play in a certain way. No young players coming through, ever reliant on the old guard, massive wages, player revolts.

These are the fundamental problem. They may be insignificant to you, but for me they are not. Despite all the victories.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 10:47pm On Apr 18, 2012
dayokanu: You must be a nincompoop for coming up with that defence. New managers effect is what is making Chelsea to beat barcelona? New manager effect is whats making the same squad go 11-1-1 since RDM appointment?
Id1ot! What did I call Chelsea's new manager effect? Defaulting to what works.
Exactly what RDM did tonight. . . Guess who last played Barcelona this way. Gus Hiddink. Who was he?
A mid term manager.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 10:41pm On Apr 18, 2012
dayokanu: So Mr Nateevs what does the part in bold mean?
The part in bold means exactly what it means. . The manager effect.
Very different from "New Manager Luck" . .

Your dumb ass asked me the same question some days ago.
I responded and till date you haven't answered my question.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 10:28pm On Apr 18, 2012
dayokanu: LOL

I think now would be an appropriate time to measure AVB vs RDM

Yet Knobheads like Nateevs still think its "New managers luck"

RDM has won all 4 games in the CL till date
One of the many reasons I can't stand you is your penchant to twist issues or isolate sentences to prove a point.
Can you find a post where I mentioned "New Manager's luck"?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 9:57pm On Apr 18, 2012
Ibime: What is Nateevs talking about highlights fans.

Lampard is the anti-thesis of highlights player. The sheer amount of work he gets through in a game, the quick passes to release players on the left (which we saw today) is far from highlight stuff. I remember when Nateevs was telling me that highlight king Steven Gerrard (a player who throws away hollywood passes all game) was better than Lamps. Nateevs is the highlights man if you ask me.

As for MOTM, everybody was Man-of-the-Match except Mata, who does not have the physicality or stamina for this kind of defensive game.

Special mention to Cole, Cahill and Drogba, but every single man gave it his all except possibly Mata.
Bros cool down. Did you not see me disagreeing with Coogar on Lamps input in this game?
How many shots have you had?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 9:45pm On Apr 18, 2012
Great effort from the boys.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 9:44pm On Apr 18, 2012
edoyad: With I've seen today, Bar a will progress with at least a 4 goal margin. Its a miracle Chelsea are still in it.
You are just bitter.
Go jump off.

No one thought they won't have near chances.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 9:41pm On Apr 18, 2012
dayokanu: If you are not a knobhead you would have noticed that the defence was a collective job where almost 7-8 players were defending at all time

Yet in attack Drogba was doing all by himself and even defending
Oya you win.
Please let me celebrate this win.
Go siddon!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 9:37pm On Apr 18, 2012
dayokanu: I guess you are watching a different game.

Drogba alone has taken on all of Barcas defence and midfield and dominated them all game

even contributed his part to defence

Not your fault, You can hardly understand the game, Your understanding is limited to what AVB scribble down or speaks on portuguese media

Soo pathetic
Of course. Highlight fans like you see the obvious.
You have to be a fish head to not acknowledge the absolute organization in defense.
Knowing when to move, when to stay and they kept the world's best player at bay.

I am not saying DD does not deserve the MOTM but "easily"?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 9:31pm On Apr 18, 2012
dayokanu: DROGBA is easily MOTM here
Ashley Cole, John Terry, Gary Cahill. You only see highlights.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 9:30pm On Apr 18, 2012
The coach deemed Mata good enough to play the game and he was disappointing SIMPLE

All those excuse dont cut.
There are many things a coach thinks about that don't work on the day.

he doesnt have the pace nor power yet the few touches he got were like that of a r@pist
You mean that single touch?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 9:22pm On Apr 18, 2012
dayokanu: Point is Lampard has been sublime all game and for most of the season

Mata has been pants this game though he has played a lot of better games

This is probably chelseas biggest opponent all season and while Mata folded, lampard has lived up to billing
You do not understand what you are talking about.
You are talking like a football noob.

In the game plan Chelsea chose to adopt, Mata will struggle.
He's not got the pace or Ramires nor the power of Drogba.

If you take off Mata and insert Iniesta or Fabregas, they won't touch the ball.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 9:17pm On Apr 18, 2012
Mata off. Kalou on.
I don't think RDM is a fan of Sturridge.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Pride Of London by nateevs(m): 9:14pm On Apr 18, 2012
Ashley Cole has been sublime.
