Family › Re: A Friend Wants Me To Lend Him Money. I Told Him To Fill A Form. Am I Wrong? by Nathan2016: 1:40pm On Jan 23, 2020
coldFLARES1:
Don't dare do it.

Way back, a friend quite particular about my 'progress' as an undergraduate scholar brought his nephew to make a business proposition to me that is supposed to be an equal partnership.

We drew an agreement and I made my equity contribution but was shocked not to find any profits to share as per our agreement, when the date fell due. Of course I took drastic measures which produced a fraction of my investment but ended up destroying the friendship (no apologies).

Not against helping a friend, but rendering assistance for a purpose which doesn't profit him directly is taking a hugely very risky gamble..... and you would lose!

He wants to make up the fees of a gf? Makes it even worse! Let's not talk about monies lost to such enterprise at all. Just tell him to gamble with his money so he can learn his lessons when it's break time.

How young men wilfully take on responsibilities they shouldn't contemplate is beyond me. She no get papa?

My brother, if your friendship should end because you have refused to funnel your funds to take care of your friend's foolishness, let it end! Just take 2k from your savings and get 2 other friends to a roadside bar to drink beer because you would have lost the whole of your 70k.
I literally have to reply this. Last comment was funny AF

Borrowing Nigerians money is like doing Bet 9ja games.

I understand your point of using these countries, but religion plays a big role in development and civilization of any society.

Religion is one of the factors that puts North in the situation they are in.

Don't bring religion into this pls. UAE, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Western Nigeria and many countries and regions that practice Islam don't have almajiri problem. Blame the way of life of the northerners not the religion pls.

Bros, abeg you people should stop deceiving yourselves ooo.

The first solution to any problem is identifying the problem.
So bokoharam is birthed from what angle.
Religion is a big factor to northern numerous problems.

Just like technology, religion can be used for good or bad, depending on who wheel it.

It is also a big factor in the south here.

The north has refuse to grow and thats the truth.

Growth is necessary for any civilization to survive.

The whole Old Testament in the bible encourages polygamy but how many Christians do you see marrying more than one wiife in the south here, especially SE.

Sad sad

Why ?

Your parents went through thick and thin to bring you to this stage. They're probably sharing the proud news that their daughter would soon start working and soon get married. This is how you paid them back?

This is so unfair. So unfair. embarassed
I seriously don't like your comment. It shows how the society make it look like the parents is doing a child favours by training them.

It is the parents job to train their children not a favour.

The only thing you can say is the parent is going to miss their child, they loved.

Not what they went through.
If you know as a parent you cannot go through the thick and thin. Then don't have children.

Thick and thin is the parent job [100%]

So try and modify your post with a good offer. If you have a land or jewelry that worth 5.1 to 10 milllion, then you are talking

All these companies were taking our money elsewhere

Better they left self
I understand you take, but any foreign company that decides to leave a country must not be making huge profit. Something must be wrong. No company anywhere in the world will leave a honey pot

In a fair world, the standings would be as follows..
1. Frodd (winner)
2. Mercy (first runner up)
3. Seyi (second runner up)
4. Omashola
5. Mike

Based on entertainment and what they have given us in the show... Mike had not earned a place in the final.. Would replace him with Ike of it was IP to me.

But come Sunday, mike may end up as the first or second runner up... Frodd or mercy deserves to win it... I won't complain if either of them does... Any other winner would be tragic... I give frodd a slight edge because of effort and resilience... The boy try no be small..
TRUTH

,Mike is a nicce guy and all, but in regards to entrertainment, drama and connecting with viewers, he doent make the top0 5 for me.

He waqs just like jackye, no more no less. Only difference is that he was more involved. I cant even rememb3er any significant thing about his stay in the house.

frodd and mercy is my pick for winners.

why do I think frodd deserve it the most---BACK TO BACK ENTERTAINMENT, DRAMA, EMOTIONS, from week one till now. He has a better story than any housemate
