Nigeria is a federation and inside the federation we have federal government, state governement, and local governemnt..

As it is nigeria, most states barely have enough revenue to pay workers ie state governemt workers, not to talk of allocation money for infastructure.

All money allocated by federal government goes to salary and a little in infastructure...

Tose billionaire dont ave the resources and man power to start handling federal governement infasrtructure like roads and railway.... even if
they do, federsl governemnt cannot allow it... it is never done anywhere.....

The rate you guys focus on east development, someone might think ALL SW states are heaven,,,, and mind you I served in Ogun state... the level of poverty in ogun state is annoying becos almost everything was given to you guys in a palater of gold.....
