In Nigeria you need to win 2/3 of the local government to guaranty as a winner.

I saw the analysis and the breakdown of 2016 budgets in the Punch newspaper this morning. I was not only disappointed, I was grieved to the bone marrow. Imagine the man we placed our hope in to turn things around, but he now shows that he doesn't care about the state of our economy. PMB still budgetted more for his feeding than the wasteful GEJ.
