I did such mistake by building a 4bedroom duplex in front and at the back a 2bedroom upstairs and a big sitting room and a room downstairs(For rent). Business became slow because of increase in fuel so I moved into the 4bedroom duplex(80 percent completion: painting and water tank stand plus soakaway are what's left ). I should have diverted the money I used for the 2 and 1 bedroom at the back into another business by now I won't be struggling with funds.

This is all about party but not Nigerians...

I saw 3 Soldiers trying to beat up a civilian bike dispatch guy and I parked my car and went straight to the soldiers and apologise unbehalf of the bike guy.
