This is a right step in the right direction. It is a welcome development that the Fulani me are being talked to in order to solve the problem. Their people and their cattle were killed during the post election violence of the 2011 presidential election and this is the main reason for the recurring violence in the area and any attempt from the side of the government to talk to the fulanis and other ethnic groups is most welcomed.

What happened to common sense for heaven's sake? So paying an illegal alien for supposedly getting caught in the 2011 crisis is a step in the right direction? What is the excuse for the Fulani attacks in Plateau and Benue states as well? D same 2011 kaduna crisis? or have we all forgotten Kaduna's religious crisis goes way back to before the 2011 elections? I don't think so.. I think d NCC is simply making flimsy excuses and using Smile and Spectranet for dat. This is because we all know these 2 ntwrks still don't have a nationwide coverage yet and are only operating in major cities and again they offer considerable data discounts and incentives on data compared to what these our usual ntwrks offer..
