I did mine in kano on 21st, they are eight ( interviewers, spent like 45 minutes with them and it was not easy.

they did not ask me much about fidelity bank, but personal questions and international happenings, ikoyi gate, logical questions, spellings, how to meet bank target, three senators from my state, my social life, the minister representing my state, the name of senators from my state of residency, will i work any where, ask me about boko haram issue, is their actions justifiable, if no why, what is banking and many more questions I could not remember.

Oga na you enjoy o....personally I like your questions. But different strokes for different folks though.

I was able to steal a glance at the grading paper as my interview went on. Didn't see much, all I can say is that the categories reach 10. 10 different boxes. It could be more sef. Even your neck tie sef, dem dey look am.

Lool we might have being interviewed by the panel o, although the panel reach 3 different groups. Lool neck tie. Was shocked they kept our solving sheet though with passport and all. Make we dey watch sha

my panel was made up of 4 ( two men 1 albino lady and a dark lady) the ladies were just throwing questions like they had a beef with me. Infact, my panel wasn't really friendly but I know I couldn't answer a question well but the rest God saw me through it. But can a particular question you failed to answer correctly make you fail the interview?

Honestly I don't know, neither do I know their grading system. Lets just watch and see.

Hi bro, how was your interview? Hope it was stress free.

It's was stressful my brother o.... The panelists I met (2 ladies and a man) one of the ladies wanted to eat me raw. Was the last to be interviewed for the day, the guy was interested in asking me other questions that had nothing to do with what I came for( the meaning of my surname, what my parents do, the primary school I attended and sorts like that) asked what I would be on board to fidelity. The other lady quite lady kind of asked why Fidelity? And that's the only two questions they asked par say. The guy mentioned why would I want to work in a bank since I was already involved with real estate. I told him. The other lady said she had a property in Abuja she wants to sale.....we talked property for a while. The interviewers started hailing her that her husband is packing money in Abuja and other stuff....she mentioned her daughter is calling her on phone as today was visiting day. Then she then asked if I had an account with Fidelity, I said No. She begin enter me for like 5minutes, I was trying to save myself. Thats when the guy now asked what I bring on board, I replied. He asked if I had any question I asked about a particular product (only the guy knew the product). The attacking lady now told me to name all the banks currently running promos ...... I told her I didn't know all the running promos but I told her the ones I knew. The interview ended. In a nutshell I left the panel with a migraine. The guy was cool(or exhausted) the ladies by his side one was nice I think she's HR and the attacking lady.

Please for those who had their interviews, how many cvs were returned back to you?

Met a panel of three. In the waiting room 3 copies of my cv was taken... after the interview 2 was returned to me.

Well, Fidelity may be different, but usually, the last stage is with H.R in Lagos after which is Documentation, Medicals and resumption of training school for the successful ones( I pray God favours us to be selected).
My interview was fine. Had to disappear sharply. I was pressed and needed to use a toilet!

Lool post-interview press.. Wish I could say the same for my interview...But it's aii.

It's not by score. Some had 52,others well above 50%. The same way the test was in batches. So chill

None of y'all were given info on where the final interview will be? If at HQ in Lag or still zonal?

Lool they just said you would hear from us . Most likely it would be in the place you did your panel interview. There are ED's in each region.....

Were people with temporary national ID card allowed to do the interview?

I can't say for certain, but if they allowed it during the test,and didn't complain or tell you to make alternative arrangement if invited for interview, then you can go with it.

Yes... They have it stapled to your passport all would be stapled to your credentials(the photocopy) and the form which they would give you to fill.
Please go with one photocopy of your credentials

Personally they didn't ask me anything apart from let's meet you. They said I should start from my date of birth and et al, as I mentioned I worked with real estate,one of the panelists(I met 3 panelists 2 women and 1 man) one of the ladies said she had a property she wanted to sale in Abuja we talked about property for a bit then it began....they asked what I'm bringing onboard I told them. Then the lady that was interested in property now asked me if I was here to butter them up? I said no... She said if I feel so strongly about Fidelity why don't I bank with them...na there wahala start...I tried to safe myself but o laws she brought the heat. But it's all good .
They keep a copy of your solving and score during the test. Which they staple to a photocopy of all your credentials.

This people used questions to finish me. I'm shedding blood. Funny enough they didn't ask me any current affairs, or about my course or about fidelity sef.
They just engaged me in a very tight manner *continues crying*Loool
Please open a fidelity bank account one of the panelists made an issue about it.

Who is the minister of finance, name any other two Ministers
Two international happenings u feel we should know

Did the 'others' that contributed have their interview before making the contributions?? Everyone shared ideas based on the previous interviews they've had or the information they got. It was like a discussion class for people preparing for an exam!

If you read his comment well you wouldn't have restricted others contribution to interview. People wrote the test and gave heads up on the question structure, I.D card issues and general overview of the exam. Actually contributions began from the day someone opened this trend.
Presently we don't even have an idea of
1. How long the interview lasts
2. How many panel members
3. Is the interview ran one at a time
4. Checks and all
5. Do they keep to time
6. Question structure et al.

People leaving isn't an issue. Everyone in Nigeria is looking for a job. A friend left NBET to NDIC. People move for career prospects, better pay , job security et al.
Even my papa dey find job sef.

The same way all the test invite didn't enter the same day,all the interview invite can't definitely come in the same day.

1.First impression ( dressing, the simple interview etiquettes and mannerisms)
2. Subject mastering (questions from your area)
3.Boldness and confidence assessment
4.Communication skill
5.Awareness of your terrene ( current affairs)
6.knowledge of the financial institutions ( knowledge of your employer)
7 brief aptitude test (logical questions)
8.feedback from the potential employee ( questions, observation and recommendations). Hence, this is not to say that everybody must under go through these processes, but these are what the score card assess. hope it help bro!

I would rather prefer you encourage them to at lest work on a question. @Nchabuomo have you seen fidelity bank interview score sheet? questions are encouraged, good questions at that!

Well I have NEVER seen the interview score sheet as I neither work there, or have I ever interviewed people on their behalf. It's okay though. Maybe as a question I would ask to see the score sheet

Don't be in a hurry to leave the panel team, you will be given an opportunity to ask questions please don't say I don't have any questions. Ask brilliant questions about the company e.g 1.What is your corporate governance like? 2.The internal control systems of your company is strong what is the secret? 3. Considering the recessing nature of the economy, how have fidelity integrate cost cutting and rebranding of product.4 Why is fidelity bank so keen to achieving the SME Objectives in Nigeria? 5.Considering different stakeholders in the financial institutions, fidelity bank have always maintain its integrity in meeting all their interest what's the secret? and many more questions about fidelity. please before you ask any of these questions make sure you have a sound idea of what you are saying

Rather than making a fool of one's self,if one doesn't have a question, its better to say no.
