Blessedgurl: Sometimes, a panel interview could be done for those who finished early with their test. At other times, the panel interview could be scheduled for the next day or a later day based on the number of successful candidates.
It's best you dress corporate. Or you could go without a suit and borrow if there's a panel interview on that same day.
Success Thanks I appreciate |

Lool by using the word 'sustain' it's evident the individual meant living expenses. As tuition isn't among the requirements to live as a decent individual. |

mayoor15: You lost yourself bro, the fact is when many people here becomes HR later in life, most will do the same, no one is insistent on tfare, but what is wrong is wrong, it has no other name, it is wrong for organisations to treat job seekers like trash, and it's more wrong for you to talk down on your fellow applicant because you've done your interview and he has not, even if he crammed to pass d test, scoring almost 80 shows his level of smartness, you talk about tribe, Fidelity brought that into d question d moment they left a part and concentrated on another, I think nothing stops them from taking everything simultaneously but if they chose to do their thing that way, it's their problem, but we need to stop this silly mentality that HR don't owe us anything, they owe you at least a feedback if not d job. My brother, my brother leave tribe out of it, unless you would give yourself bp. When Lagos started writing tests in March way before anyone, no one mentioned tribe, but few people in Lagos haven't done the interview, it's now tribe? Honestly major I assumed you are mature and objective, but this goes to show how little minded some of us are. I didn't even question how he scored his mark, that isn't any of my business! Have you ever considered the number of applicants in each center? Enugu was the only center in South East and that Center didn't host more than 200 people for the test. Lagos had way above that number. So do you expect both to take the same duration? Has Fidelity bank said they wouldn't get back to us? The HR contact is available all man can easily reach them. Did Fidelity bank give us their timeline for employment? Let's stop this shit and grow up. I can understand when old people talk about tribe but us young people too? Quickly whipping up tribal sentiments. Haba my brother! Did we all write the test same day? Did we all get interview invite same day? He has a right to feel anxious or expectant like any of us. But please do not whip up ethnic sentiments here. |

mayoor15: You are a woman and should get more chill than this, though Fidelity does not owe anybody but the moment they called him for test and he used his money for tfare, he deserves a response, why not stop everyone after d first interviews so that no one feels cheated? Or to you, you feel it make sense to spend about 6-7k for test and yet not called for interview while others have been, you think it's really cool in this recession? It's quite easy for you to run your mouth cos you've done your interviews I guess, Whatever he chose to do with his life, seek for a job or start a business is none of your business, the fact that he also doesn't have an account doesn't make him less qualified, I don't need a seer to know tribalism runs deep in your blood, you have a sense of entitlement that Fidelity is your bank......I sometimes pity Nigeria cos with people like you, the country has no future..... You lost me at that point. So because she is a woman, she has to express herself a certain way to suit your societal stereotype? That's quite shallow man. She expressed a legitimate view. The dude was acting pompous. Oh you knew it's a dead bank and yet applied? Beautiful. Why tell us your score? The same sense of entitlement..... Because you scored 79 you should be invited for interview, have they said they would not invite you? Take a chill pill man. Mayor no need to bring tribe into this, it's quite immature. Besides as an applicant who did not pay to apply you are only entitled to what their terms & conditions entitled you too.Fidelity bank isn't under any obligation to give you a reply or to continue the employment. And it's the standard, it's at a firms will to give you a feedback, same way it's at your will to honor their invite, attend interview, or even take up the employment. |

masterbator: Can you openly, say in public places, say that you are masturbate freely?
Will you advice your sibling and children to masturbate? If asked if I masturbate publicly....I wouldn't lie about it. That again doesn't mean one should gloat in it. On the second question: I wouldn't advise them not to. It's not my decision to make, like premarital sex, if they choose to indulge in it, it's their choice. But then again if they focus on living quality, productive lives all these wouldn't be an issue. |

masterbator: Thank you so much for your invaluable advice. You are correct. I also believe that's there are two routes; theory and experience when approaching the solution of a problem . Please which are you taking? Because most of these things are not as easy as said. I've tried most of these, they didn't quite work out. I don't know what to do anymore. Which have you tried exactly? I masturbate, if that's what you mean by experience. Do I live my life around it? No..... Would I enter a relationship just because I want constant knacks? No |

masterbator: It might be physically healthy, but it's definitely not good for mental and psychological health. The only reason you feel it affects your mental health is because you see it as abnormal. If you don't masturbate, wet dreams comes either why the body must biologically reduce fuild content. A time as a guy we get random erections, even with out having sexual thoughts. Or just the strong urge to have sex (konji). It is not demons! It's not the devil! It's a biological process. Apart from the fact that it enables you find out what you like and don't like sexually, it helps you develop emotionally. I detest the idea of you wanting to get a girlfriend solely because of sex. You might as well visit a LovePeddler house and have a very good time with no emotional entanglement. |

masterbator: Good day fellow Nairalanders.
I've been in this forum for years now but for the sake of this post, I decided to create a new account to conceal my identity and prevent the humiliation that I have actually brought upon myself from getting much worse and severe.
I am a 21 year old undergraduate and I can no longer hide this anymore, masturbation is killing me, this act is slowly eating me away and all I've been doing is watch. I masturbate twice daily and this is killing me. I feel depressed, worthless, dispirited, lost the will to live. I've tried a couple times to stop but it's like trying to quit smoking when the pipe is attached to your body.
Without masturbation I can not sleep. Without it, I can't go on for a day. It's like a demon that has chained me down. I can't watch myself destroy my own life and that's why I post here. I've been masturbating for 8 years now and I want to stop it please.
I need help. NLders please if you are going through this endless self-destructive loop please indicate your interest in quitting. If you have overcome this deamon, please kindly tell me how? Please I need to break free from this. It's destroying every other part of my life.
Please if you're or used to be a victim, please let's work this over together, It seems this is bigger than me!!!
Please if you want to reach me this is my number 09023624369. Thanks guys for your assistance. Lalasticlala please help a brother Hi bro, I initially didn't want to comment until I read a comment that said masturbation is abnormal! That's a fallacy! I don't think the issue you have is masturbation. From what I understand you have two issues 1. You are fixated on sex: I believe you are a virgin at your age there is high hormonal rage which if not properly channeled could make you always have the urge.. 2. You are not busy ( intellectually and otherwise): everyone gets Hot once in a while, but I know one gets Hot more when he/she is not exerting one's self. Take your education more seriously, read more, hang out more, join your departmental organization. Keep busy. Once in a while the urge would come, if you feel like rub one off, but don't let your life revolve round it. Getting a girlfriend wouldn't help much as you would just start having sex, which also comes with as much self guilt as masturbation( if you are a christian). Be happy, don't focus your life around it. Live, if you love sports, play football, basketball etc. If you are tired at the end of the day, believe me na sleep go dey your mind. |

The man was being a man, his questions carry weight. E.g If I am appointed as the finance minister, what would I suggest Buhari does to aid our failing economy? In my mind, I was like...he should resign nah
Some people in my centre were borrowing shoe and suit I just tire for them...they do a 100% assessment of your dressing. If you fail that one, they walk you out immediately. Nice that's quite intensive. Na positive feedback we dey pray for now. @emboldened Loool guess it was those that were walked out, they had to rearrange and enter. Evaluating your experience and comparing it with my panel experience I feel I brought a knife to a gun fight. |
