Sometimes, a panel interview could be done for those who finished early with their test. At other times, the panel interview could be scheduled for the next day or a later day based on the number of successful candidates.

It's best you dress corporate. Or you could go without a suit and borrow if there's a panel interview on that same day.

Honestly, The whole thing does not follow a particular path. Some people who wrote d test since have recently been called for first interview, some have been called for second interview, some have only done first interview and have not been called for second interview yet. So anyhow wey e be, e be. Nchabuomo howfar na? Any news fro our zone?

You lost yourself bro, the fact is when many people here becomes HR later in life, most will do the same, no one is insistent on tfare, but what is wrong is wrong, it has no other name, it is wrong for organisations to treat job seekers like trash, and it's more wrong for you to talk down on your fellow applicant because you've done your interview and he has not, even if he crammed to pass d test, scoring almost 80 shows his level of smartness, you talk about tribe, Fidelity brought that into d question d moment they left a part and concentrated on another, I think nothing stops them from taking everything simultaneously but if they chose to do their thing that way, it's their problem, but we need to stop this silly mentality that HR don't owe us anything, they owe you at least a feedback if not d job.

When Lagos started writing tests in March way before anyone, no one mentioned tribe, but few people in Lagos haven't done the interview, it's now tribe? Honestly major I assumed you are mature and objective, but this goes to show how little minded some of us are. I didn't even question how he scored his mark, that isn't any of my business!
Have you ever considered the number of applicants in each center?
Enugu was the only center in South East and that Center didn't host more than 200 people for the test.
Lagos had way above that number. So do you expect both to take the same duration? Has Fidelity bank said they wouldn't get back to us?
The HR contact is available all man can easily reach them. Did Fidelity bank give us their timeline for employment?
Let's stop this shit and grow up. I can understand when old people talk about tribe but us young people too? Quickly whipping up tribal sentiments. Haba my brother! Did we all write the test same day? Did we all get interview invite same day? He has a right to feel anxious or expectant like any of us. But please do not whip up ethnic sentiments here.

Mayor no need to bring tribe into this, it's quite immature. Besides as an applicant who did not pay to apply you are only entitled to what their terms & conditions entitled you too.Fidelity bank isn't under any obligation to give you a reply or to continue the employment. And it's the standard, it's at a firms will to give you a feedback,same way it's at your will to honor their invite, attend interview, or even take up the employment.

That's a fallacy! I don't think the issue you have is masturbation.
From what I understand you have two issues
1. You are fixated on sex: I believe you are a virgin at your age there is high hormonal rage which if not properly channeled could make you always have the urge..
2. You are not busy ( intellectually and otherwise): everyone gets Hot once in a while, but I know one gets Hot more when he/she is not exerting one's self. Take your education more seriously, read more, hang out more, join your departmental organization. Keep busy.
Once in a while the urge would come, if you feel like rub one off, but don't let your life revolve round it.
Getting a girlfriend wouldn't help much as you would just start having sex, which also comes with as much self guilt as masturbation( if you are a christian).
Be happy, don't focus your life around it. Live, if you love sports, play football, basketball etc.

Well I have no reason to doubt him. The guy clearly told us what he experienced and since I wasn't there, wouldn't it be stupid for me to doubt?
I know people with contact were allowed not to apply online, I know that the test was done in batches, interview was done in batches too. If they start documentation for the populace, I feel we should know here as 1,2 or more people here would be contacted.

I did an interview and some people were called fr medicals 2weeks ago.. Called the HR and he said I should be patient, could be called upon at any time.

English isn't too hard naah. He said 'I did an interview'. From sentence structure it's evident it isn't fidelity or this particular recruitment.

Loool if you went for an interview, your panel is virtually always right, cause they determine how far you could go in the recruitment process.

The man was being a man, his questions carry weight. E.g If I am appointed as the finance minister, what would I suggest Buhari does to aid our failing economy?

Some people in my centre were borrowing shoe and suit I just tire for them...they do a 100% assessment of your dressing. If you fail that one, they walk you out immediately.
