Papiikush: People don't just collapse and die. An Autopsy should be carried out. People actually collapse and die. More often if something is wrong internally your body tires to repair itself. An artery busting in the brain can result to instant death. That's why regular total body check up is encouraged. May God protect us all and bless her soul. |

prettysassygirl: All you guys still giving advice to people that havent gone for ac,do you all realise this is a competition? Based on how many points you are able to garner, the remaining ones yet to do ac might be just the number they need,I remember the fbn man in charge of documentation telling us its one man for himself and till now some people do not realise that, the basic has already been given as a guide, you don't need to spill more,so guys please comport yourself and let this recruitment be as fair as possible, and let us not make the first set of people that went for the ac,more disadvantaged Sister pack well. Don't get bothered by other people's success or tip sharing. If you have done your AC then go and pray. The only person that can stop you is you. Not anyone else. |

benugo: Hello Colleagues, I was recently offered a Global Challenges PhD scholarship in Civil Engineering at University of Birmingham (full tuition fee waved, monthly maintenance grant + bench allowance provided). However no mention of accommodation in the offer.
Offer was accepted yesterday; registration ends 31 July while programme commences September this year (barely 2 months from now).
What are my chances of beating this deadline (VISA, documentation, etc)? I sincerely have no travel experience and will appreciate your direction.
Regards. Its expected that you get accommodation from the funds you are paid. I think you can meet up with the deadline. |

This group leading stuff can't be overflogged in my group it seemed as if three people were now fighting. If it wasn't an interview I might have laughed. One was forming retentive memory and called the other a name. The girl retorted that's not my name. I think focusing on making salient points is very important. If you are not audible they would tell you guys to speak up. HCP organization is really top notch. If not yet scheduled and you are uncomfortable please call HCP up, they would clarify things for you. Cheers |

Chykason: Hello house,
What if TETFund is sponsoring the individual? Will they still require 28 days untouched deposit of living expenses? If TETFund is paying for tuition and maintenance then NO it's not required. If TETFUND is paying just tuition then you would require to show prove of maintenance. |

Question1: I really appreciate your post on this.
However, East Anglia offers a vast range of courses in Economics such as devlp, media, experimental, behavioural etc.
But I really don't know which one is best for me that's my reason for going for MSC Economics. I guess I can still change my course when I have a bigger and clearer picture. Okay. Good luck |

Question1: which one would you prefer?[/b]I need an advice from here:
A 7400 scholarship from Loughborough university to Study Msc Economics with Finance , Actual fee is 18,100 and -7400= 10,700 (Outstanding balance) And
A 6000 scholarship from university of East Anglia to study Msc Economics, Actual fee is 15,000 and - 6000 =9,000 (Outstanding balance) Ranking is great. But as an Economist I know Economics has a lot of branches and an MSC Economics isn't specialized at all. And although 10700 is much it depends on you. But I feel blending it with Finance would greatly widen your career prospects. Good luck |

And please drop the idea on leading your group, don't go and make a fool of yourself with an over sabi that would be trying to lead, at the end it begins to seem as two or three people are dragging it. Just try and contribute to the discussions and practice your slide creation for personal presentation. |

cloud9usher: Thanks for the heads up. Please can we get directions on how to get to the hotel location if someone enters Lagos newly via road and not airport, what route do we follow to get to any of these hotels? And please if you have contact details of any of these hotels it would still be well appreciated. Thanks a lot. From what Asiri posted, seems rex hotel is cheaper and near, it's advisable to use that. Statistics as given by head of talent. 120,000 applied 20,000 shortlisted 2500 made the cut. Congratulations for coming thus far. |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: 2016 Firstbank Graduate Trainee Programme by Nchabuomo: 7:21am On Jun 23, 2017 |
Quick tip: Please download the taxify app it would make your trips cheaper rather than using random cabs. Also the Mtn Data service at the airport is poor. So make provision for using another network to order a cab. Glo provides WiFi at the airport the cheapest data they can offer is N200 about 500MB. Taxify charged me N1250 which considering the distance I don't think I could get better. There is this hotel called Emota Paradise Hotel at Olufemi Samson Street, Ilesamaja, the Standard rooms are N5000 and it isn't far from the venue, though I don't think it's a trekking distance. There is Vintage Suites too on Ojuelegba Suruelere 15 Akinhanmi street the Standard rooms go for N7500. The bus park at Jibowu is also around these area so is First Academy. Good luck to all writing today myself included. |

DarkHenrie: Got my mail and text this morning for the assessment but wont be going cause i'm in Abuja. Goodluck to y'all. Here is what I suggest. If you have anything bringing you to Lagos soon, you can call HCP and liaise with them. In my case I had something in Lagos this week so I called them and notified them that I would be in Lagos this week and would want to be scheduled this week so I don't make the trip twice. If you are interested in the opportunity, you can call them and work something out. |
