I was asked about 18 questions. They even asked me about 5 mathematics questions.
Then they asked few personal questions and we got laughing.

It was awesome, they were very strict on appearance. They asked lots of names relating to financial industry, logical and practical questions on my current job, about Fidelity... tested my ability to calculate cash swiftly.

No socks?
Coloured shirts?
Ladies with very flat shoes?
Short sleeved shirts?
Flowery ties?
Multicoloured gowns?
Coloured handbags and hairdos?

Please, if you are going for your interview in PH, dress well. Wear a solid colour suit, leather shoes, look very official...lest you'll be walked out by the interviewer. Una matter tire person!

MD is a very brilliant individual , he'll assess your technical knowledge (interior) relating to your course, appearance (exterior) and personality to understand you and your potentials + whether you're a good fit for the bank

Loool it's gonna be like Nigeria movie. People are here permutating for a firm that has it's own permutations. Some people in Fidelity do not even know Fidelity is recruiting.
In fact in my interview I mentioned a product offered by Fidelity two of my interviewers have NEVER heard of it. Me self fear.

Interview and test are two different things. And shouldn't be used synonymously

If na 40 per session as someone here claimed. So, 6 HR regions will share 40slots in each session? Jungle done mature be that and you na expect someone to tell you he was called

I know most banks have Training School in Enugu and at least in two other locations within Nigeria.
Hence one can't be too sure how many people they aim to recruit, or even the new business the bank might be branching into.
Off note though, pick your sub " Isn't it interesting that Fidelity called you yesterday morning, you kept mute, then another is called and decides to share the information that he was called, you then want him to share what was discussed with him" you sef think am.

Loool not really though... I expect them to finish with the rounds of interview before getting back to us .... But any way they choose.
True it's good tension is reduced. As everyone one didn't test same day. All can't be interviewed same. And they have to start from somewhere I guess.....

After your interview , you are told to wait in the waiting room .... Two copies of your CV would be handed back to you.

WAEC office can help your case but get a court affidavit in the interim.

I think it depends on panel number... I think they hold back one Cv and give you the rest.
