The SE has a relative smaller state size and good numbers of capable hands and I think the idea of policing their rural settlement will be most effective there.
Most of the governors in the SE are nominees of the Fulani-led government, the governors were not elected by the people in the state.

I don't fully agree on this
I thought you knew why we have been unable to get a good leader to lead us in Nigeria.

Nigeria’s skewed political structure is the reason.

A Nigerian presidential candidate must win 25% of votes in 24 of the 36 states before pronounced winner;
but 19 of the states are in Fulani-led northern region.

Do you truly believe that any southern presidential candidate can ever win unless the north is not seriously contesting to have the president come from the north?

Na wa oh
Sham democracy and voting in Nigeria.

Before every election, a super political class in northern Nigeria chooses who will be the next president and presents him through one political party to the electorate to ratify with votes.

The super political class was created through proliferation of too many states in the north by northern soldiers who wrongly used land mass as criterion to proliferate 20 new states in one region north but only 17 states in two regions south of Nigeria.

Nairalanders Who Of Recent Have Kids In Nigeria. Do You Fear For Their Future?

Nigeria is in a terrible state the worst state it has ever been. Youth unemployment of over 80 percent. Low wages. The world's poverty capital. Crippling hunger and insane food inflation. With all this problems here and there, a few of my friends have vowed never to have kids till they escape from the country but I still see young small children here and there who were born 1 to 3 years ago.

Nairalanders who recently had kids how do you feel about your kids? Do you worry about their future or are you optimistic that Nigeria might become a better place in the future for your children. How do you also take care of them with the rising cost of everything from transport to food, rent and all basic necessities?
In bold:
Hope for a messiah of a leader to emerge from the present political structure of Nigeria is forlorn.

Only the foolish ones entertain that hope.

Nigeria now is no different from Afghanistan and Pakistan where schools and school children are continously under attack from islamic terrorists.

A country where human lives is so cheap that when people are slaughtered by terrorist or security agencies, the fulani regime spend 99% percent of their time dragging about the number of people massacred, rather than focus on the fact that the killing of one person is unacceptable.
To think that a human being with brain will support a wicked murderious regime like buhari's beats my imagination!
The Taliban in Afghanistan is not different from Boko Haram in Nigeria. Both share the same objective: a country to be governed with Islamic Sharia criminal laws.

PMB, you know what Boko Haram with its sister kidnap gangs are fighting for: for a country to be governed with Islamic Sharia criminal justice system.

The 12 northern sharia states adopted unconstitutional Islamic Sharia criminal justice system since 1999. Boko Haram emerged after that.

Ask the leaders of the sharia states to RENOUNCE THEIR ADOPTION OF SHARIA CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM IN ORDER TO MAKE BOKO HARAM AND THE KIDNAP GANGS TO CLOSE SHOPS.

Politics › Re: Falae: Herdsmen Believe They Own Nigeria Because Buhari Is Fulani by Nchenches: 4:40pm On Dec 12, 2020
Excuzeme:
Three things stand out since 2015:

1.) Nigerian Herdsmen have always been Peaceful with other Nigerians. The current violent strain of Fulani Herdsmen, according to President Buhari, "are of foreign origin" (The President would know, as he has access to privileged information and his own Father and himself by extension, are foreigners from Niger republic).
So, this is a war waged on Nigerians by a foreign group for which the Fed. Govt and its Security forces, lead mostly by same Fulanis, that Mr. President deliberately appointed, have refused to tackle and put down.
The big question is WHY?
Why would a Fulani President, appoint Fulani Security Chiefs and tell Nigerians to 'accommodate' foreign Fulani Herdsmen slaughtering them day and night?
Is this a deliberate Act of Genocide by the President and his appointed Security Chiefs or not?

2.) Fulani Herdsmen have killed more innocent Nigerians, down South and Middle Belt, than Boko Haram has ever killed but they have never been under threat of arrest!.
Looking at 'infrastructural' developments in Nigeria in the past 5yrs, it is obvious that they are all skewed towards our neighbouring country (Niger Republic, a country of Fulani Herdsmen, same country where Buhari's father comes from).
So, we must ask: Is Buhari and his Fulani Security hierarchy, representing the interest of Nigeria as a sovereign country or that of his Fulani kindred from the foreign country of Niger Republic?

3.) The terrorist, Fulani Herdsmen killing Nigerians are not even doing so in secret, they have an Umbrella organisation called MACBAN and curiously so, their LIFE Patron is the current President of Nigeria.
Non of them have ever been arrested, even as they wipe-out whole villages and rename it as a Fulani Village. What does this tell us?
If we factor-in the RUGA and Water resources Bill of President Buhari, does it take much thinking to realise that what Nigerians, especially those of the Middle belt and Southern Nigeria, have on their hands is a Presidentially-enable and empowered GENOCIDE by these foreign, terrorist Fulani Herdsmen-Invaders from all over West Africa (Futa Jalon in Guinea, Mali, Senegal, Niger Republic, Chad, Sudan, Northern Cameroon, etc) slaughtering Nigerian citizens wholesale and let lose on them by our own President and Govt.

Conclusion:
The International Criminal Court (ICC) and the UN Human Righst Council (UNHRC) must look into these Crime against Humanity by the 4th most dangerous terrorist group in the world
, according to 'World Security Index' assessment of the terrorist Fulani Herdsmen, whom Nigeria President has re-christened as "Bandits", just to obfuscate his 'familial linkage' and enabling linkage to them.

Food insecurity will lead to War and Famine, displaced people and for a country of 200M, it will be disastrous for Africa, if nothing is done urgently. Farmers in the Middle Belt and Southern Nigeria can no longer go to their farm for fear of being killed by these foreign, terorist Fulani Herdsmen.

We urge all international bodies and countries of goodwill, to come to the Aid of Nigerians, especially of those of the middle belt and Southern Nigeria, to deliver us from the hands of these vicious terrorists called Fulani Herdsmen and their Umbrella body called MACBAN in Nigeria.

Nigerians affected must also take their own destiny and survival into their own hands, since it is obvious that Nigerian Security and its forces has been HIJACKED by these foreign Fulani terrorists.
We can no longer rely on Govt to protect us
, despite that being the most cardinal responsibility fo Govt, since the Nigerian Govt and the terrorist, Fulani Herdsmen are now one and the same, led by Mr. President.

If we have to face the infiltrated Nigerian Army, if we have to divide this country and/or go to war to live in peace, then so be it.
If we keep quiet as we have been doing, we die! If we talk and fight back, we either die or stand a chance to live.
The Choice is obvious. Live in Dignity or die trying.
Fulani leads by TAQQIYA. We don pass this stage.

Why did Fulani bring Islamic Sharia criminal justice system in the 12 northern states?

Islamic Sharia criminal justice system is unconstitutional in Nigeria but Fulani brought it and the 12 northern states adopted it.

Boko Haram emerged later and says it’s fighting for a country to be governed with Islamic Sharia criminal laws.

Fulani in Nigeria is same as Fulani anywhere in sub Saharan Africa - CONQUEST OF OTHER REGIONS AND EXREME ISLAM ARE THEIR STOCK-IN-TRADE.
