Tospringe:
The 13th petitioners’ witness, Audu Sani, told the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, on Tuesday that he could not remember the date of the last presidential election.

Sani, who was the Peoples Democratic Party’s collation agent in Lapai Local Government Area of Niger State for the presidential election, had alleged that there were incessant incidents of thuggery and sporadic shootings in many parts of the area, preventing and disrupting voting.

The witness appeared before the five-man panel led by Justice Garba Usman, to testify at the instance of the PDP, and its presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, who are challenging the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari at the February 23 poll.

He said, under cross-examination, that he submitted the results he collated in his local government to the state collation agent of his party.

Asked by the All Progressives Congress’ lawyer, Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), when he submitted the results, he said he did on “the 26th”.

Asked which month, he said “April 26”.

Asked when did the election hold he said “23rd”.

When asked to mention the month, he said, “I cannot remember.”

Is it a must that he remembers the date of the election?

How many Nigerians remember?

This is pure chasing shadows but ignore the substance - characteristic of many of today's judiciary officers in Nigeria.

Abuharib:
Former presidential candidate, Oby Ezekwesili, has attacked President Muhammadu Buhari, saying that becoming president was his ‘one and only outcome’, Igbere TV reports.

Mrs Ezekwesili said this in series of tweets on Tuesday.

“It is more than obvious that ‘Becoming President’ was the one and only Outcome for @MBuhari. Or what explains the fact that he seldom shows any sense of urgency to tackling the numerous governance challenges that keep multiplying? Bear the title, @NGRPresident for nothing?” Ezekwesili asked.

The former education minister added: “Do we at all have a President in office these days? This is a legitimate question that should be answered by @AsoRock. How can a Government be so oblivious of the temperature of the country it is supposedly ‘governing’?

“Let’s say @AsoRock says we do have a President, can they please let him know that our Constitution has no provision for Imperial Presidency? He is not a king.

“This country is neither being led nor governed right now.@AsoRock, let this be told whom this message belongs.”

Buhari could only become president because of the fraudulent political structure created by northern soldiers.

How many times had Ezekwesili raised voice to restructuring the political process and structure democratically?

You southern most apolitical politicians shall continue to brood when another Buhari-like from any part of Nigeria takes over from Buhari.
Politics › Re: Buhari’s Ability To Speak English Dominate Tribunal’s Proceedings by Nchenches: 2:57pm On Jul 09, 2019
Buhari's English is discomforting.

Nigeria, a country of millions of intellectuals but the poorly or not educated ones emerge as president.

How?
The huge fraud by northern soldiers who created 20 states in the old northern region but created only 17 states in the old southern regions.

The fraudulent political structure gave undue representative advantage to the Buhari clan.

Buhari clan uses the advantage to largely determine who becomes Nigeria's present. Buhari-like president emerges.

The southern apolitical politicians reduced to nothing by the political structure trudge on with the north, take politics as a job, and no longer ask for political restructuring.

Land mass or population is not considered when new political units are created from existing political units on a country formed by diverse political units.

There should have been more states in the two southern regions, than in the one northern region.

Nigerians knew that Buhari is an Islamic zealot, hence refused to vote him in there presidential elections since 2003.

Tinubu, a fellow Islamist fetched Buhari from retirement in 2014, used his SW Moslems to make Buhari president.

Nigerians voted out Buhari in 2019, but he still struggles to continue by foul means.

An announcement INEC made a few days to election, after INEC had concluded plans to rig the presidential election in favour of the incumbent, as the incumbent connived with INEC by refusal to sign Electoral Act into law - that announcement can't stand the law after INEC had severally convinced political parties that it would use electronic method with a database connected to a server to conduct a free and fair election.

INEC also asked for billions of Naira, and received for electronic systems connected to server.

Who is fooling who regarding the fact that the election result was rigged by connivance of INEC and the incumbent president?

Judges are not fools. INEC shifting rules of game when action was about to start. Foul. Breach of trust. This election took four years to plan. Last minute negation of promises earlier made amounts to breach of trust.

Post here the INEC January statement that it would not use electronic transmission of results to its database connected to a server.

Then let's see how election results were sent by vehicle transport to Abuja from all nooks and crannies of Nigeria.
Politics › Re: Tribunal: I Was Asked To Sign Results Or Lose N-power Membership —PDP Agent by Nchenches: 6:34pm On Jul 08, 2019
Who is happy when an independent electoral commission which earlier promised the contesting political parties that the commission would guarantee free and fair elections through collation of election results by electronic method to a database connected to a server, then after the election, the commission said it didn't use the system it promised the political parties?

That is a breach of trust by the electoral commission.
That breach of trust is enough reason to nullify the election.

Stop shivering.
Breach of trust by INEC is like the kernel of the petition of Atiku.

The political parties entered the election with INEC as umpire based on the assurance of INEC to use Server.
Politics › Re: Polling Officer Fails To Show Which Regulation Authorises Him To Transmit Result by Nchenches: 5:03pm On Jul 08, 2019
Long story about oral evidence.

BREACH OF TRUST IS MOST LIKELY TO BE THE VERDICT.

The end is that if INEC says it didn't use electronic voting system to transmit results to a database connected to a server, the system which INEC officials promised the political parties for fair and free election,
that means that INEC breached the trust which political parties had on INEC before the parties went to the polls with INEC as assumed neutral umpire.

THEREFORE THE RESULT OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION GETS ANNULLED BECAUSE OF INEC'S BREACH OF TRUST.
Politics › Re: Election Tribunal: Why I Fell Out With Buhari —buba Galadima by Nchenches: 3:22pm On Jul 08, 2019
What relevance is Galadima's evidence here?

Issues are about election rigging and breach of trust by INEC.

INEC breached the trust political parties had on it before going to election, because INEC promised political parties that it would conduct a transparent election through collation of election results via electronic system connected to a data base with server.

Now INEC says it has no server.

Breach of trust by INEC is enough an evidence to quash the result of the 2019 presidential election.

Buhari’s aide Garba Shehu contradicts Osinbajo, says no difference between Ruga, livestock plan

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, has contradicted Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo’s claim the Ruga programme.

Osinbajo had while refuting a statement by the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, said the Ruga programme was different from the National Livestock Transformation Plan

In a statement, the Vice-President had said, “Contrary to claims reported in sections of the media, Ruga settlements are not being supervised by the Office of the Vice President. Ruga is different from the National Livestock Transformation Plan approved by state governors under the auspices of the National Economic Council.

“On the National Livestock Transformation Plan, 13 states are already in the process of implementation of a plan to transform the livestock production system in Nigeria along market-oriented value chain while ensuring an atmosphere of peace and justice.

“The states are Adamawa, Benue, Kaduna, Plateau, Nasarawa, Taraba, Zamfara, Katsina, Kano, Kogi, Kwara, Ondo, and Edo. These states are at different stages in the process, but have indicated readiness to implement the plan. Truth is: this Federal Government will not impose on any state government regarding its land.

Speaking on The News at 10 on Channels Television on Monday, Shehu, however, said Ruga and the National Livestock Transformation Plan were only different in name.

When asked if the two were different, he said, “It is just a matter of semantics. These herders who roam the entire country and overrun farmlands cause disaffection and fight and the government wants to stop this.

“So, we want to settle them in one place, provide the entire infrastructure they need. As a matter of fact, markets will come to this Ruga settlement or ranches. There will be establishment of meat processors, the utilisation of by-products including sanitary wares that will be developed from hoofs and horns. There will be a lot of business and money from this. It is not confined to Fulani. It is a business open to all Nigerians.”

My heart bled when I saw this video on instagram and I imagine if that lady was my wife, mother, sister or friend what would I have done.

I ask myself Will he still remain as a senator or will justice prevail so that this animal in human clothing be recalled and jailed for assault.

Nigerians protested because of a case of rape that is yet to be proven please my fellow Nigerians this time around we need no proof because the evidence is explicit in the video please protest must displayed for his recall and subsequent prosecution and jailing of this power intoxicated bastard.
Aptly put.

See the audacity of Arewa man exhibited by the senator.
See how the slapped girl refused to retaliate having heard the senator speaking Hausa language.

But few years from now, that ugly and badly educated senator can easily become president of Nigeria if Nigeria remains with this roguish political structure of 20 whooping number of STATES created by northern soldiers in one region - north, but allowed just 17 states in two southern regions that entered independent Nigeria with the northern region in 1960.

A presidential candidate must win 25% votes in 24 states. No southern candidate can easily win 24 states unless Hausa/Fulani is tired of ruling.

Fraud is using land mass or population statistics as parameter to litter excess number of 20 states in one northern region. New political units in a country formed by different regions are not created with population or land mass as parameter in any other country in the world.

The rogue political structure makes southern politicians second class in the country's political process.
Every one in the store watched as one man speaking Hausa was slapping a young girl, fear wouldn't let anyone retaliate.
