Thanks man I managed to get it work after using Dreamweaver but I believe the previous code might as well worked because I just discover that i`m having a resolution problem meaning the way a system with resolution of 1366 x 768 is seeing it is different from 1024 x 768 below is the images of the above resolution respectively and I believe 1024 x 768 suppose to be the universal resolution for webdesign

The best option to use is php.ini but many coder or developer just don`t know how to teach other people very simple way of doing it, this is my second time of doing it and I can tell you where most of us are making the mistake.
Log into your root server where wordpress is installed and navigate to wp-admin folder and make sure to delete any php.ini file in that folder if any, then open your NOTE-PAD and paste the code below

memory_limit = 200M
upload_max_filesize = 200M
post_max_size = 200M
file_uploads = On

now save it as php.ini and upload it to your wp-admin folder, now you can check your wordpress to see the size limit

important note: php.ini must be in small letters like abcd and not ABCD that is you must save it with php.ini and not PHP.ini that is where most people where having problem, and if you which to change your size again, delete the file and create another one with the same process.

I want to sincerely thank each and everyone that has contributed to this thread either positive or negative,in one way or the other it helped a lot, I also want to use this medium to let those that are thinking that this is tweak that is not a tweak, it was release by Etisalat when the news broke out that Airtel will be blocking their non-blackberry device, this is a marketing strategy to collect those agitating to leave airtel and it worked for them but for only for them to show us their back.

Let us be sincere here, the price for data in Nigeria is too expensive,if Etisalat is not stealing by tricks while will you give 3gb to blackberry for N1,000 and non-blackberry N2,000 for 500mb, the reason Etisalat gave is that blackberry receive data through a compressed technology from RIM the makers of BB. My people does this makes any sense to you? compressing a data before you view or access it minimizes your data bundle or your money if you did not subscribe to any plan, so with this technology which you can also achieved using internet browser like opera and most blackberry users don`t use up-to 100mb to 200mb monthly except for those that usually knows about the data cap and they tend to use it to download movie in order not to waste theirs .

Etisalat knowing all these decided to make the price so to reap off the BB users of N1,000 knowing fully well that most BB users can`t even browse 200mb monthly. For those commenting corruption on this matter, between we the user and etisalat who is corrupt? Etisalat says N1,000 for 3gb so why detect to me on what device to use if Etisalat is not playing tricks here,for those commenting if you can afford to buy expensive phone why can`t you pay for subscription? and I ask again is N1,000 for 200mb or N2,000 for 500mb justifiable?

Please I want to know if anyone in the house has subscribed to the etisalat N1,000 for 3GB and if the subscription is still working probably from 22nd Dec. till date because I have two friends of mine which I helped to subscribed recently and it was not working as the N100 15mb does not add up to the 3072mb to give you 3087mb any more.

If you subscribed recently and yours is working, kindly drop your date of superscription e.g mine is still working but my date of subscription was 14th December.

My guy, below is the specifications you need to run your engineering software because most engineering software are 3D programs which rendering will become a problem if you don`t have the right engine.

1. processor = i3 or i5 or i7 dual core

2. Ram = 6GB to 16GB

3. VGA = your vga card must be dedicated vga meaning it must have it own ram say 512mb ,1gb or 2gb will be ok and the best Graphic makers are ATI and NVIDIA

The above 3 is the most important in a computer while the 4th is the hard-disk and any system with the above spec. will usaully come with 500gb to 1tb

For those of you that need etisalat N1,000 for 3GB just make sure you have N1,100 on your sim, then dial *499*3# and check your data balance with *228# and make sure you see 3072MB then again dial *599*3*2# for N100 and check your balance again, you should see 3087MB now depending on what ever device you want to use just change your APN to blackberryx.net connect and start browsing, if it not browsing, disconnect and reconnect back and start flexing and for people using window 7 and 8 in most case when you plug your modem it will connect automatically and will not browse, just disconnect and connect back with your modem software where you configured the APN as blackberryx.net but to solve issue of connecting and not browsing on window 8 you have to go to the property of the ETISALAT connection of your window system and change the APN to blackberryx.net.

NOTE : you can use any device to activate this plan including your modem but make sure you are not connected first in order not to short your N1,100 and for Android users always disable your data when subscribing.

Still expensive, as for me i`m flexing with my ETISALAT N1,000 for 3GB
