Properties / Re: My Landlord Said My 1 Year Rent Expired 20th June 2020, I Paid 20th July 2019 by ndcide(m): 9:12pm On Jan 16, 2020
Ryder306:
I don't think thats a serious issue, sit with him and explain to him, Annual rent is a period of 12 months i.e 01/01/2019 - 31/12/2019 (12 months) or as in your case, 20/07/2019 - 19/07/2020 (12 months).

Your landlord probably needs money hence his error in the computation. Just reason and enlighten him/her.

So in your mind, the landlord does not know what he is doing.

@op, pay him in full on the right date. If he insist on his date, pay him half and balance it after two months.

Some landlords don't appreciate good tenants
Politics / Re: Nnamdi Kanu To Support Amotekun With 1 Million IPOB Men by ndcide(m): 8:38pm On Jan 16, 2020
Nonsense

Who did NNAMDI KANU consult?. He just sit somewhere and make binding decisions on his IPOB?

Did the south west support, Biafra security outfit? Where they not insulting him.

Is Amotekun thing backed by the law?

When Wike was to set up a local security, what did most of the people shouting Amotekun say?

I'm indifferent about the whole thing.

TO THE LADIES:

When you are ready to settle down, dont forget these...

1) Make sure you settle for a man who doesnt see paying your bride price as buying you...

2) Make sure you settle for a man who doesnt see marrying you as doing you a big favour...

3) Make sure you settle for a man who wouldn't use your monthly cramps and mood swings against you,, YES Some men are like that...

4) Make sure you settle for a man who knows you have right to your body sometimes,, who understands you have the right to say NO to sex when its not comfortable for you,, maybe due to weakness or whatever it might be,, and still respect you for that...

5) Make sure you settle for a man who would stick with you inspite of the odds,, who wouldn't compare you to a SWEET 16 after series of child birth (though most women try to work on themselves after child birth,, but truth be told,, you cant remain young forever)...

6) Make sure you settle for a man who would understand that there are just times you might feel too tired to fix the family meal,, and him helping you out wont be a taboo...

7) Make sure you settle for a man who would always allow you air your opinions, who understands you have d right to 'agree' or 'disagree' on a particular issue,, depending on what the case may be,, without always shutting you up before you are done airing your view...

cool Make sure you settle for a man who doesnt find it difficult saying 'SORRY',, someone who easily asks for forgiveness whenever he wrongs you,, not some kind of 'Autocratic' man,, who expects 'sorry' from you even when it's glaring he's wrong...

9) Make sure you settle for a man who understands that hitting a lady is a crime and shouldnt be done especially to his wife,, not some 'wife beaters' who raises their hands at the slightest provocation...

10) Make sure you settle for a man who loves everything about you,,who loves your soul not just the body,,and who enjoys your company always...

YOU CAN ADD YOURS TOO...

I COME IN PEACE✌

Autos / Re: ***Weekly Auction List: Preorder Your Cars From The US***Flexible Payment Plan** by ndcide(m): 11:12pm On Jan 12, 2020
naijacarz:
Someone just asked

Why is there no full disclosure of the details of the cars online?

My answer is simple:

If you're interested in any car, we will give you full details including VIN number which you can run a check on to be sure of what you're buying.

The secret to online bidding and live walk-in bidding is: the fewer the interested parties the cheaper the cars.

For the sake of our clients, since we want the cars to remain cheap for them, we will not disclose some minor details online.

There are hundreds of auction sites online we buy from some of them too but we know we can beat any low priced car any day.

The cheaper the merrier.

Take that to the bank!

Suddenly, we don't believe THE US because it's Suleimani? The man had been a target before the current POTUS. Except for political reasons even Obama, agrees with the Intel.

Personally oooo. I think matrix is an over priced ride... That's for me. But it's nice and contemporary

But if you see a clean CRV, I'd rather go for it. It's simple, and okay ride with an advantage of strong engine

You are so emotional about suleimani. That's fine. Learn to interrogate what you believe.

I part of you, rises when you do so.

Both cases could have something in common. Especially from the reactions I read on this forum. Yours inclusive.

You all keep talking as if the American military or their soldiers are invincible like they don’t get killed maimed or captured if those hezbollah guys wants to do it they would....of course they would have the most casualties and the America’s forces would later overwhelm them but that does not saying the US soldiers won’t go back to Washington in bodybags too...so make Una Chile with this American might and hype....you think their troops wanna die in some desert in Qatar or Lebanon?lol!and irrespective of who you align with on this issue the manner in which Soleimani was killed is saddening I mean he was ruthlessly killed...and this is a man who is very valuable to his country then some clowns come on here to say no they shouldn’t retaliate or mourn or avenge his death cos Donald trump and The CIA Just designated him a terrorist how ridiculous is that?would the US UK Germany Russia and that oppressive France take that lying down if one of their Top generals an invaluable military asset is killed like a chicken if the roles were reversed...should that be made into a universal law?so that’s how any enlightened and discerning mind would no if the action taking by Trump and the US military is right or wrong before supporting them blindly.....Lastly The US alongside their western cronies have toppled destabilized and destroyed nations and government more than all the terrorist groups in the world combined would ever come close Too...They’re simply bullies and oppressors and nothing else there evils travel and has its fingerprints from the Latin America to Asia far and the Middle East to the shores of Africa their atrocities can never be atoned considering its weight and gravity

I'm not from the south east. I doubt you are.

But did you write all these when Buhari declared IPOB a terrorist organization?

When things get out of hand Britain would look for a scape goat to blame for dragging them to take side with the US to fight an unjustified war, that was how they blamed Tony Blair for British involvement in the Iraqi invasion.

Iran should relax. This had been planned long ago, with all allies given the code.

The more reason buhari didn't release El Zak, after the meeting with US.

The arrangement had already been done, even in the middle east.

Iran has no surprise to give for now. Maybe later.

I doubt iran can do anything... They wouldn't want to risk a full blown war with the US.

But the truth is that the general shouldn't have been assassinated based on some intelligence which might not be right. I believe they are just looking for a reason to invade Iran.

Why do you think the intelligence, may not be right. Because it's not in the media?
