Politics › Re: Ribadu Bows To Pressure, Set To Join PDP by nduchucks: 10:28am On Aug 01, 2014
Give me

(1) Ribadu - Governor
(2) El-Rufai - Governor
(3) Fashola - President or VP

I wouldn't give a damn under which party's platform they contested. It would be a step forward for this great country.

cyril83: Do we have any well raised human being in Nigeria ? A country where death has turned to a normal thing, corruption is termed mere stealing, cannibalism is now a free association, killers, bombers, kidnappers, rapists and robbers are now run public association and nobody is doing anything about it.

El-rufai is one of the thieves that will be sentenced, if GMB finally gets into power.
We've heard your views on Nigeria.

The question is, do you have any heart at all? The man just lost a son for heaven's sake, in addition to a daughter he lost this same year!

DickDastardly: We must not all sympatize with him. Respect that you well raised .......
Intellectual honestly would indicate that the low blow directed at El-Rufai was uncalled for. I'm sure you'd agree with that.

cyril83: Such would never happened if you had fixed abuja road with neccessary gadgets when you have every opportunity to do so.

Anyways may the spoilt child have a space in wherever he might found himself now.
RIP.

El-Rufai did more for the development of Abuja than any other human being alive. This insensitive, heartless, and bigoted post is not befiting of any well-raised human being.

Sports › Didier Drogba: Chelsea Re-sign Club Legend On Free Transfer by nduchucks(op): 12:57pm On Jul 28, 2014
BBC: Striker Didier Drogba has re-signed for Chelsea on a one-year deal.

The Ivorian, 36, won 10 trophies at Chelsea from 2004 to 2012 and was a free agent after leaving Galatasaray.

Manager Jose Mourinho had earlier said the forward "belongs" at Stamford Bridge - but that any deal would be made "in a non-emotional way".

Drogba told Chelsea's official site: "It was an easy decision - I couldn't turn down the opportunity to work with Jose again."

He said: "Everyone knows the special relationship I have with this club and it has always felt like home to me.

"My desire to win is still the same and I look forward to the opportunity to help this team. I am excited for this next chapter of my career."

hensben: baseless point, is it not the brain that controls the neck n the head comprises of the brain.
Too bad, you missed the important point being made.

Consider this, though you have a brain, you cannot use your brain to cure the proverbial stiff neck. One hopes you are able to understand what proverbial means in my sentence.
Family › Re: Men Are NOT The HEAD Of The Family! Read My Reason! by nduchucks: 1:35pm On Jul 27, 2014
I will only respond to the title of the thread with the admission that I have not read any post therein.

The OP is wrong, men are indeed the Heads of the family and families where that circumstance does not exist, obviously excluding single parent homes, are essntially dysfunctional.

Having said that, these men, heads of family, are well advised to understand that while they are the heads, women are the Necks of the family! sodiafor, if the head misbehaves and allows the neck to fall ill, with Stiffneck, the head will never be at rest.

The question is, which is more important to you as a human being, the head or the neck? I submit to you that if any man suffers from Stiffneck, nothing else in his day, year, life, will matter until that stiffneck is treated.

As for me, I'll rather have a neck which will allow me to move my head freely because fuctioning with a stiff neck is basically impossible. nuff said for wise reader.

hint hint for men: if you massage the neck when needed, oil it, spoil it, love it, take care of it etc etc, that neck will not be stiff and your head will live in peace, along with its useless ego.

Politics › Re: Troops Arrest Suspected Kaduna Bomber Disguised As A Woman by nduchucks: 8:38am On Jul 26, 2014
One would hope that the authorities, in an attempt to claim quick victory, did not arrest a male prostitute or a gay guy dressed like a woman. I hope they have substantial evidence to tie this boy to the bombing. If not the boy should be released immediately.

Foolish soldiers who should be arresting and killing real BH members in Chibok and elsewhere seem to be out here harassing citizens. I'm yet to see a shread of evidence that this boy is linked to any bombing.

Do you remember when they arrested this boy and claimed that he is a terrorist kigpin?

Nwanne m, if I were asked to make a guess as to the mental state of whoever recommended this conspiracy theory of a thread for NL front page, I'd proffer the notion that the culprit is a dummy who is bereft of common sense.

There is really no need to fuel this kind of idiotic theory if one is interested in the unity of this country.SMH @ narrow mindedness
