favour32:What if the woman hold her side well financially? Una thinks say everything na about monie.. That mama don see several signs say that guy na jaguda, possibly not raised right, na the yeye talk him give her daughter ontop phone matter finally confirm to her say na problem the daughter wan enter. |
PlasmaTV:Oga do you have daughters? If you do what will be your reaction? |
Ikaeniyan0:A new agency like alpabetter? |
Ikaeniyan0:Oga, is it when your business is slow, your capital has depleted, you are managing, your stock in your shop as gotten very low, you then take a loan and start using it to build a new office complex, buy new official cars? Or rather you manage, cut expenses, nurse the business till your capital grows then you start making profit and from your profit you start building your new office comolex, even if you take a loan you use it as capital, turn it around several times before payment. This man is digging the country into debt generations cannot pay, they claim they will repay the debt through new taxes from next year, is the new taxes not increased hardship? Meanwhile the taxes you and I will pay is going to a project many have described as the biggest money laundering operation of a generation. A contract without any competitive bid simply awarded to paddy paddy of oga at the top, a company ogas son is a director. Is your eyes blind not to realise what is going on? How can you be broke, you then borrow money from sokoloan and use it to buy new television for your parlor? |
Na so. Baba renovate am, na watin Nigerian wan see to show say politician de work. Ofcourse some pockets will grow fatter. The one that saved money, cut all unnecessary renovations etc due to a debt ridden state economy, invested rather in ventures eg one recently confirmed by the states tax office bringing taxes of over 340m yearly till date while shares of that investment is still there, employing direct and indirect over 500 people, them say him no do anything. I always use the analogy of one's personal life and business. Is it when your business is in debt you then take what is left of your capital or money you borrow from loan app to start painting your house, office, buying new 100 inch TV, buying new office furniture or home furniture? Or rather you use the little capital or loan to invest in new stock to trade with and when you make profit you use from the profit to paint, buy TV, renovate, build new house. Our politicians are like that, na to blow money dig more and more into debt them sabi. |
Therock5555:I feel you bro.. |
My friends late mother a then high ranking police woman once said, what they want to hear in cases of eg fraud is you suceeded and not attempted or failed. With suceeded, it is sharing of money, settlement and no jail, but with attempted or failed, them no wan see your face, na jail streight! ![]() |
GodLifted:Fouani is the representative of LG in Nigeria. Fouani Nigeria Ltd (LG Showroom). 17/19 Allen Ave, Lagos. Or you can visit your local justrite superstore, they have a section where the sell original lg with warranty. Don't forget, do not buy hisense only LG. (e get why) |
Therock5555:Maybe na you be local champion amongst them. Ie na you get paper ass abi? |
Nothing persin in no go see for this Nairaland. Have you tried staying for 1 week without bathing, afterall just 1 day is too short. Try 1 week, by that time you will become super human, mosquitoes will no longer bite you as you will become repellent, no longer need for flet. You will be so powerful you can walk through walls. |
NgeneUkwenu:Work no pay, crying more than the bereaved, auntie pity yourself first. |
Oga the workers have options, they do not have to work on in the Indian owned factories if the payment is as you say, they should go work in Nigerian owned factories or the Chinese etc. Are there no apc, government even jagaban owned institutions, industries they can seek employment where they will be paid 900k monthly just as the Indian expatriates? If you decide to work in the factories the Indians setup (of which your politicians or indigenes have declined to establish) why then complain? Is it better the factories are shut down then you have no work to do other than Agbero and other nuisances? Why not the workers quit, certainly it will make the Indians increase salaries if they see nobody to man their equipments. I doubt that will work though, because as you leave the job, 1000s of people are waiting to replace you. Bros you better put your head down and work hoping for better opportunities, last last those Indians will ship down 100s of workers from up north to come and run those machines at cheaper cost. I have seen Chinese bring in buses full of abokis to Lagos to work in a factory, they lived in a section of the place, they had their own catering etc, they did not mingle with the locals, after they finished their contract, they returned back to the north. Next election vote for politicians that will create jobs, improve the economy and drive poverty away. |
Another useful idiot explaining to himself not to us what the governor clearly said. |
WesleyPepper:Is it not the new guy, the one wearing a ton of gold on his neck, hands, it remains to put on his ancle. The late predecessor was such a gentle man. |
The real odogwu. More greese to your elbow Mr Adeleke. Papa de give us light, pikin de give sweet music, na so. ![]() |
Creamypie:Omo, the yahoo boys at that side is on another level. Last time I was there flew back to base on the same flight with 3 of them. As we enter plane, they were seated in separate location with one in front of me. As the aircraft was about to take off, that one in front called out to his paddy, "emeka money", that one responded, Mike billions!, he hailed the 3rd guy, chinedu cashout!, that one responded. I just de shocked de look them. Inside plane ohh with lots of people. Aside politics in that zone, it seems yahoo yahoo is the most celebrated profession. |
IamANigerianMan:Have you forgotten the syatememt, monie for hand back for ground? |
What is happening? Died at 54 despite access to first World healthcare system? How will those here in naija fare? May his soul rest in peace and almighty grant his loved ones the fortitude to bear the loss. |
lagonovo:Lol, we UItes reject it in jesus name. Anyway obj owns his university and guess what, he did not name it after himself rather he called it Bells university of technology, Abeokuta. I guess it is only those with low self esteem that will go around naming things they met, that has been there tens of years before they got into position after themselves. |
I wonder this current rubbish of naming institutions, infrastructure after government officials that have all contributed to the ruins of this country, the impoverishment of Nigerians. Is it to serve as a reminder of the misery each one of them dealt on us? What kind of rubbish is this? Are we a banana republic? Imagine someone who graduated from uni midugary now having to explain why his documents now show muhamadu buhari university? University of ife now Obafemi Awolowo university, Ogun state University now olabisi onabanjo. Hopefully someone will come in some day and reverse the rubbish. Meanwhile they dare not try the rubbish with university of Ibadan as we no go gree. |
How come the guy was born 1972 and took waec 2008? Ie at the age of 36? My mates wrote ours 1989 at 16. What was this guy dung for 21 years between the rightful age and when he wrote the exam? Omo, from top to bittom it's like all these apc people have kleg in their history, non of them is streight. Imagine this fellow as first citizen of his state who should be a role model to young ones, what will he preach to them? |
Edo people try ohh.. Imagine the fellow presiding over the affairs of one of the most enlightened and educated people in naija. |
newoffer:Omo, I taya ohh. That pastor na learner, I'd rather said he took only what he felt he was owed or borrowed what he needed to return back on a later time. Lol. Nna I thought it was 80k he stole at first. Na that one we fit classify as "him thief". |
osuofia2:Oga, show one example of a governor that invested state money (2b in this case) in any venture which is then bringing income to the state of over 300m in taxes aside hundred of people gainfully employed with the attendant chain effect, eg transporters, suppliers, diesel suppliers, food vendors etc. Don't forget taxes also collected by local government, water works, electricity bills, etc A venture self sustaining without government subvention. All you guys want to hear is that a governor builds airport, road, stadium, government house with available funds, most borrowed, at the end of the day the place is in debt and poverty, instead of building from the fruits of investments made, you use you capital to build. From their admission that investment generates 340m in taxes meanwhile the shares in the company is still there untouched, shares that will also pay dividends. What if obi had used that money as governor to buy bullet proof landcruser suvs, prados jeeps and hilux for escorts as others have done? What if he had used it to pay his children's future school fees as another governor did? Even the one that says he built lekki road as investment, gave the tolling to a concession linked to him, later sold the concession for billions back to the state then continued codedly running the same concession, na that kind investment you like? |
Am so, Is it not better than some prisons? If you criticise presido for acquiring an airliner as president jet, twice the size of that of the south African presidents own, likely the biggest private jet in Africa it is this same students, some of them here in this forum that will attack you saying presido should ride in style and comfort etc, yet just the cost of flying that jet for 6hrs ie Lagos to London will renovate that hostel to brand new level. Same thing if you talk of a governor having the guts to buy bullet proof SUVs for billions of naira while his people are in wanton poverty, it is those same people that will defend the man claiming him and his aides should ride in style, meanwhile just the cost of one of those SUVs will fix the place. During the last pre-elections interviews one of the candidates said it is only in Nigeria a man that has never ran a business, for what ever reason becomes eg a local government chairman, someone that has not seen eg 5m is now trusted with handling 5b, ofcourse the first thing he will do is buy landcruser of 500m, a second one as backup, another for his wife and then some hilux for escorts. Something he cannot ordinarily dream of while his citizens live in poverty. Same students will talk of coastal road gleefully, what is alleged to be the biggest laundering operation of this generation, meanwhile imagine if that money was invested in healthcare and education. |
Chai, de law! We no go hear word again ![]() Congrats to Dino. |
Parydelegate:At the rate we are going you know what will happen to unilag very soon. They should sha not touch University of ibadan, that one we will not agree to. Just imagine presenting your certificate that you attended BAT(I no wan mention the full name as adeyanju don warn us) ie Bohla akhmadi Talambu University of Lagos, or Mc Oluomo University of Ibadan instead of University of Ibadan? |
