Man if you are in love with a lady express it, there is no rule that prevents a man from dating an employee especially if motives are pure and does not violate the right of whoever is concern. As a matter of principle, I advise you not to take advantage of the lady in question, prove to her you genuinely love her. Her fears is not out of place, yours is dispel her fears.
