Another thing is most naija car owners are guilty of one government/police offence or the other even before being stopped by a police. 80% or more of these cars we're talking about were smugled into Nigeria through neighboring countries! automatically once you hand a police your papers, he already know where to start harassing you! some of them have had their engine replaced causing it to have a diff engine number from the original document. The car owner will just add the new engine receipt (which any spare parts dealer can issue) to the rest of his car document instead of going through the right process or even changing the whole document if need be.
My biggest thing with them is that you can't even communicate with them like normal human being! the only language they seem to really understand is your money!make God take him hand come save that Country cux even him Angels don taya!

Obasanjo is no better than Yaradua and Vice-versa! Nigeria elect new president and expect a change! I mean, we have to stop fooling ourselves here, wether we elect Billions of new presidents in Nigeria nothing would change, because those people don't go there to do wht they r supposed to do. They go there and explore their personal intrests.

Imagine I called Nigeria the other day and a friend was telling me that the whole Government school are on strike! How can SCHOOL be on strike 4 Christ sake!!
If everything else goes on Strike, school should definitely be an exception! But yet they say, we have a new president! Both Presidents are worse in their own ways! You just notice d one that concerns\affects or has to do with u, and another person also notices the one that affects\concerns and has to do with him or her, So . . . at d end you both come to different conclusions concerning the two presidents.

We elect new president and what does he do to change Nigeria? --

Well: " A new president comes in, of course he considers d workers of the former president to all be corrupt, soo he sacks them and ------- puts his own corrupt people in their place" ---------- so, that is d change that Nigeria goes through when it comes to presidency, " new presidents comes, . . . fires the corrupt people of the former president . . . . and puts his own fresh new corrupt people in" And the cycle continues!


OK, lets even imagine that the people he uses to replace them are not corrupt, but wht the new presidents does is remove the people in the high seats, thinking the corruption comes from there and also because they are the ones that concerns him, not knowing that the main corruption is from the "root"! They not only need to sack those high people, but mostly those people below! ( E.g, the Chief of police, or wht ever they call them.) The president doesn't mind such people, because they don't affect him in any way, the people they change r d people that might affect or block their way if they r trying to do one of their " business". But of course these ones that never get touched have been there 4 years and years and have practised corruption inside out!

Sooo If Nigeria like, Elect Billions of New presidents, The corruption in that country will continue recycling it self! Until the greedy presidents manage to learn how to give a damn about Everything as a whole!

I know d story of a lady from the National assembly that came to the Embassy 4rom Nigeria some weeks ago and was telling my mum her story:

Her sons friend came to visit him, and they all decided to go visit one of their other friend ( this happened in Wuse) that lived someplace else, University students oo, and as they were going, Nigerian Police stopped them, saying that " a car was stolen 4rom that area some weeks ago, and that they looked like robbers". The poor students showed them their IDs and everything, yet they arrested them, and requested " 5000 Naira! Imagine! --- the students told em that they don't have that much money that they are only students. But who even listened?? --- They took this boys to station, luckily 4 them, on their way, this woman's son was able to text her secretly and tell her wht was going on. And being that she knew one of all this . . . I 4got who she said it was, but well, she knew this man that was in high power in politics in Nigeria, soo she called him 4 help and they went to the station together.
Meanwhile the stupid police officers already locked this boys up, in a room that is not even a cell, they didn't enter their name in that list where they write the name of arrested people, and due to this, they can deny that they have the boys, because there is no evidence that they are in the station. Soo, that was how this woman and d politician man went to the station, asked 4 d boys, but the officers denied it, saying that they have no such people in their station, the lady of course was already in tears! You can imagine such situation! She just had luck, because as the whole argument was going on, one of d officers in d station, had pity on her and secretly pointed to a door to her, without any one seeing of course! " soo she ran to that door, asking them to open it, and screaming, " this is where they kept my children oo"! Forcing them to open d door - and they did, because they had to. And there, d boys were in there.

Now tell me, what qualifies such people as Police officers!?? Just because of 5000 naira!! According to the woman, they were obviously planing to kill them off in the night, which was why they didn't enter their name in d list. - IMAGINE! -------- At least in other outside countries, such officers would be sacked from d job, but in Nigeria!?? yea right! They can't sack them because the whole Police force is corrupt! It reigns amongst them!


THEY ARE ALL SOO CO-RRU-PT! And USELESS! Ok, of cousre their might be some good people in there, but in General -- They are[b] ThIEVeS[/b]! Even worse than the prisoners they arrest.

More than half of Nigerian Police are uneducated! u can just Imagine! All those village boys that don't have jobs nowadays, all they do is to join police. Every time my parent call back home, there is always one villager that have joined Poilice, and I just wonder, when did that one even go to school!?? I mean, people that cannot even spell their own name or speak English correctly!

It's soo pathetic and frustrating that I want to shoot them all!
