The questions are the basics that have been uploaded here severally. I wasn't asked anything new or weird, except the address of my school. Every other thing was basic.

Yes, you can. But the least you'll see online is 9k. But if you want to use my style, lodge in Obalende. There's a good hotel I stayed last night (new world inn), it's 8k and you can enter keke 100naira to embassy gate in the morning. Good luck.

You've to book ahead of your day dear. I didn't do that. Now, I'm currently chilling in a hotel in Obalende. Check Bonny Camp, Air Force (opposite Bonny), someplace called 'freedom park'. All these places are fully booked when I checked today. Best thing to do is come to VI early and do a walkabout.

They're requesting for 2.9 and you've 2.7, that's one good news. It's going to be tough, but doable. Next is to package your application extremely well. Leave no stone unturned. Your motivation letter has to be top notch. Most importantly, say a prayer. Good luck.

It depends on how you funded. I funded from a USD domiciliary account and it took almost 3days to get a confirmation. Just relax, they'll send it to you as soon as they get it.

so after many many preparation i finally do my interview today.


I got to d embassy by 4:50AM,I waited for dem to open d main gate by 5am. after which, we ( i went sum oda guys who has d same date as mine, we lodge at d same hotel.) went straight to d German embassy. we waited dey 4 lyk 30mins b4 paulinus came, den e change his clothes and arrange d sits, den by 6:10AM paulinus started calling us in. i was d second person.( i was suppose to b d first o. as God may hav it,i tell my guys i no lyk dat front o�. so 1 new guy came in we com put am der lol.)

So as usual paulinus go always show imself. buh i no get im tym.E said we shud bring out our documents, we did, and we place dem on d sit after dat he started calling d documents while we arrange dem accordingly.
*NOTE* he did nt call d documents according 2 d way it is in d checkist o. u go gat dey smart.

after arrangement he gave me gate pass nd i went in for security check, after dat d security man took us to d main building, were we waited for d light to go on.after sumtym rum 3 light was ON. d first guy went in,so am d next.

i com dey pray for my mind o. make rum 4 lyt ON ( since i heard dat datz where d punk guy is�).
So after sum tym Rum 4 lyt came ON. i come nter sharparly b4 anoda rum lyk go com ON o, i no fit shout.

as i saw d punk guy,i got sum little releif.

Me: Germany offer quality education both thoeritical and pratical, German is a safe country. they hav very good culture.

Your chances of getting a student visa is between you, your VO, your alien office and God. But it normally takes about 4-6wks.

Check Jena, Bonn, Goettingen. But your easiest option is to input your choice course and then do a search on www.daad.de.

€265?? Studentenwerk Freiburg slammed me with €301. But cities differ from each other. Find out if Duisburg is an expensive city before you can decide if €265 is a good deal or not. Also bear in mind, accommodations are generally tough to get and expensive during winter semesters. Good luck.

I feel it is too expensive, what do u think? I'm supposed to pay the caution/reservation fee (€600) immediately. I already bought the euro but have been experiencing problems transfering it from Naija to Germany. Please, anyone who wants to pay euro into a dorm account in Nigeria can PM me.

Below is my story:

All the people I did interview with (including yobaby)had gotten their AM except me. I started playing back my interview checking what went wrong.
But to build my faith for every week AM didnt come i went out to purchase items i needed. On the 4th week i got my box and started packing, on the 5th week i paid for my accommodation and bought a few warm cloths. I planned on buying ticket on the 6th week but cos of bible school i couldnt and said i would buy on Saturday.
But as God would have it, while inside bible class during our 1hr break I took my phone to check for ppl that have gotten AM today. Next thing I saw my AM had arrived by 10:42 Am.

First waec -2000 (DOB was wrong, waec said it’s too late to correct cos I collected it n 2017)

First BSc – 2011 (spent 9years in uni 2 years strick 3years I left school)

Second waec – 2017 (I wanted a good grade in English)

Applied to HSMW – Jan 18th,2018 (Heading for a second BSc, I no learn anything the first time)

Admission – Jan 22nd,2018

Funded – June 26th

Interview date – June 28th

AM dropped – August, 09 2018.
