Maybe nobody watches!

It'll be interesting to see h9w they get out of this massive suit slammed against them. And this new found camaraderie, I just hope it lasts cos Louis is super at being things litt up.

Mike, he was just being stupid. Maybe the stupidity from the end of last season has not thought him enough. Not saying the bait was not tempting though.
I really am not scared for him. What scares me more is Rachel's safety.
And those guys coming for Harvey, they better be ready for war.

Mike's offer was tempting and he was vulnerable being the first day.
I know he will pay the guy back in his coin.
Meanwhile Rachael 's father is already a tout and no one dares touches her.

Hello I escorted my mum to the airport 3weeks ago as JJC travellers we parted with like 4k to arrange luggages so as not exceed the flight weight minimum. I really didn't understand what they actually did....but I know they did a fast one.

Boss, I don't want to go down that lane. I am using Qatar and I will only be travelling with a box and my hand luggage(won't be carrying any food or extra load).

Is there a minimum weight?

How can I check before it's weighed by the airline staff.

Thanks

Bro which date?? I'm using Qatar too

My visa was approved on tuesday.I'm really very sorry for posting this late transcript. While i was celebrating the victory i broke my phone screen.I had to fix it first so i could be able to access nairaland as i didnt even remember my p/w.
The grace of the almighty God was at work in my life that fateful day. I have been following nairaland since february. I started reading from thread6 and when it was time to start my application, there was no need to start asking any questions as i have gained alot.

Fastforward to the day of my interview. I did all the necessary stuffs, biometrics and all. I was on the queue and i heard STEP FORWARD PLS. There was this particular VO that was on a denying streak that day. He didnt waste any time at all and was very quick to say sorry your visa has been denied. He denied the young girl before me even as her mum talked and talked to convince the VO. He beckoned and i stepped forward.

V.O Good Morning

Me Good afternoon sir

V.O Oh! that's true. Good afternoon

V.O Ok now. Just tell me your name, when u finished high school, your plans, where you're going, your course and evrything i need to know
just keep talking.

Me *at this point my confidence level dropped drastically cos i wasnt expecting all those questions at a stretch* My name is bleep.I finished my high school in 2003. I did a year diploma program in computer studies at the computer science dept of OAU. Between 2006-2008 i went to the maritime academy of nigeria for a two year diploma program in nautical science. I embarked on an Industrial training for a year at a shipping company. After the IT i started working with them as a full staff. I Will be going for a Bsc program in computer science at the university of minessota *Mind u, my voice was shaking all thru and i was stuttering. I lost my composure and had already given up*

V.O How long have u been working.

Me Five years as an assistant database administrator *he shook his head and gave me a stern look*

V.O Who's going to pay for your education.

Me My dad. i come tell am wetin my papa dey do.

V.O Congrats. your visa has been approved *at this point i became deaf* i grabbed the white paper and dashed out.

I didnt believe it.it was like a dream.while i was on the BRT i kept checking my bag if it was the blue paper cos i knew there was nothing i said or did that impressed the VO. God just favored me. He didnt ask about the school, course or if i wrote any standardized test(i wrote only TOEFL tho). I thought my age would be a red flag as i'm 29yrs old.

There was a time someone here said nigerians always attribute their success to an invisible being. No vex brother, but some of us here dont trust in our own power. GOD IS REAL.
i surrendered everything to him and i was not put to shame.
WHY NOT TRY GOD

Congrats! Oya start booking flights.

This transcript should be an insight for those that want to do bsc after a long years you finished o'level. So far you can explain what you have been doing in the previous years and you are not too old, I think you are good to go
Congrats bro

Thanks nellyalph, do we have any in this category?

I don't but I advise you write GRE so that you will have many options to choose from.

I think someone listed some schools here some time ago tho.

Am new here, Please who can help with school that doesn't require GRE and I need a materials on GRE test. My email is ajibade.kehinde@yahoo.com

Not just school that doesn't require GRE but also accredited.. Heard that some unaccredited schools remove GRE to make it enticing for students... So your search should be "does not require GRE and also accredited"

oga I think I have to look at my MB and 300 pages to read thank you.

This is an insightful thread! Every info you required is here. Its like google and other search engines put together.
In other words, no one will spoon feed you or make inquiries for you. Make your inquiries and come back and ask specific questions. That's how most of us started!

While reading, you will see some schools mentioned and how much their tuition is,

Be specific, are you going for MSC,bsc or PhD?? Which course??

We should understand that people are different and we should learn to respect that.. Everybody cannot be like you. There are different kinds of students in a class so is this thread.
What if they didn't post their transcripts??

This is how this agent thing is supposed to work... That's if you think you need them cos you can offer yourself better services than they can afford you!
When you apply to a school and the school requests that you go through any of their representatives in your country (they would usually provide a list that you can choose from), then all you need do is tell your choice representative that you've made application but were referred to them by the school. They would ask if you have the referral email from the school and once you show them, you don't need to pay any dime for their services as the said school would pay them about AUD3000 in the event that you finally enrol with them.

But if you just carry yourself to them without any previous contact with your school, prepare for the exclusive makosa they will dance on your head. And after they chop from you, they will clean their mouth as if nothing happened and chop again from the school.
That's why in your visa application form, you are asked if you applied with any agent's assistance and if you got their services at any fee.

So if you love a particular program in a particular school, it's not enough to quit just to avoid the frustrating agents. It's only when you dull that they will kill you with frustration

So true!! This happened to a friend, he was referred to an agent and one naira like this, they didn't charge him.
Thats why its always good to make an effort on your own... You save yourself a lot!

undergraduate admission for any medically related course.

I have seen your previous posts and their replies. You have to be decisive and specific when asking questions and it will even do you good if you read previous parts.

After reading, you will become very informed and need no agent's help.
You are still young, some of us didn't have the opportunity of thinking of schooling abroad let alone stumbling on this thread.

If Royal Air Maroc falls within your budget, fly with them. The main thing is getting to the final destination safely. There are other airlines where you will get more luxurious in-flight experience, it cost more, if you have the money go for it. My sis and cousins flew with royal air maroc and they didn't complain at all. Air France is 400k+

4 wetin?? Flight tickets are high as weed these days! I saw royal maroc for 291k today and that the cheapest so far followed by Qatar and turkish

I was admiring the island and the ocean and all. Even when we queued I was absorbed in my surroundings. Didn't think of the interview much.
I was on heels and from the whole queue and queue and all I was exhausted and vexed. I think the vexation added more confidence to me. Plus I kept singing the song "your grace is enough for me". (Ladies biko dun wear heel to your interview o)
Moving on....
The person that was interviewed before me in window 6 was rejected.

Well me I be guy..

Eh en.. so if they had successfully scammed someone and collect his or her hard earned money.. the human being didn't wish me dead..

I hope you that some people on these thread going to the US are going on loans from their parent.

Imagine my mum a civil servant, put her salary for the next 2 years on the line so that I can have a wonderful life and education in the US and someone scammed me of half of the money.

Shey the person never kill me and my mama together.

Abeg if there any other curse that is needed it should be rained on them.

My 2 cents

Bros I am not trying to spare the scammer here but there is clear distinction between stealing someone's money and stealing someone's life..
Money can be regained but life can not be reagained.

You can curse him to be broke and till even having leprosy but don't pray for your enemy's life.
