He should be very lucky that President Buhari had no personal interest in Rivers election the way the Jonathans had in 2015. During the last general elections, the police DIG in charge of the zone was redeployed a few days to the elections. Mama P relocated to Rivers and stayed there for about a week. Every machinery of government and the full weight of Federal Might was deployed to "deliver Rivers".
