This over-hyped performer. I remember his comments during GEJ's regime over Nigerian's power situation. Now he is the Minister of Power, and power generation has become a rocket science. |
And he was represented by Minority Whip. Its ok gen gen ... |

The major reason for underdevelopment in Africa is waste. |
I thought BUHARI said he doesn't know what is subsidy - that subsidy is a scam. Why is he involved in the scam again? It is easier to criticize from outside. Nigeria is facing the worst macroeconomic problems in its history. It is so worrisome that ethnic and religious bigotry have beclouded the sense of reasoning of most Nigerians. Tell me why a reasonable person will still support this man who is an epitome of failure. Buhari has not achieved anything pertaining to economic progress since his assumption of office. there is high level of unemployment, high level inflationary pressure, dilapidated infrastructure, unfavourable balance of payment, price instability, high level of poverty, insecurity of lives and property, endemic corruption and other threatening macroeconomic woes. All these economic ills have been experienced in Nigeria, only during Buhari's military junta and his civillian government. Again, Nigeria has experienced austerity measures twice in its history and those two periods were Buhari's regimes. It is quite unfortunate that some wicked individuals are still supporting this man just because they derive pleasure in seeing others suffer. |
APC want to delete this man the way they wasted the former INEC boss in Kano State so as not to reveal their dirty deal. APC is a conglomerate of evil men |
Even though the nation is going through tough and challenging economic times. Nonsense! what is the difference between what Mr. PA said and the position of the state government as highlighted above. Nigerians are suffering and obviously Cows are faring better. You people should stop this act of cowardice and let the dullard know that we are not smiling. Enough of this nonsense. |
Nonesense, APC is just chasing shadows. You are leaving in 2019. Clapping down on PDP bigwigs won't make any difference. We will bury APC in 2019. I never liked PDP but anything/anybody is better than that dullard in Aso Rock. |
Well, I will go for a thanksgiving when we start counting hours here in Satellite Town. Some days we ENJOY 30mins power supply in a day, and zero supply most days. Power generation is a rocket science here |
Zeeeeeeek: Maybe na you go dey there this time around. |
Achilles17:Interview question 1: Is your portal open, closed or object moved? Interview question 2: Do you have a source in DPR? Interview question 3: How many speculations have you done on this thread so far? Interview question 4: Are you one of the speculators that said interview will hold on 4th Dec, Interview question 5: Does DPR pay higher than NNPC, (If yes why, if no why not) Interview question 6: How many times do you check your portal and this thread per day? Note: All questions carry equal marks. ![]() |
There is something about this Magu Buhari is not telling us. So aside from Magu, no other person can man EFCC? |
Many will leave APC in a couple of months. There is going to be a tsunami in APC very soon. Many are still in APC for fear of being probed by Buhari, which is his (Buhari's) tool in fighting political enemies. Just watch out. |
deeza4mum:I concur. Again, what is the relationship between the portal he just displayed and the link he posted for us to click. I guess the guy is looking for traffic in his blog. One of the portals is showing rejected with a message that he didn't make it while the second portal is showing approved without a message. Every programmer should know it was created by the person to direct us to his blog. |
Onyiridike:The truth is that, there are over 100 seemingly RELIABLE SOURCES since the commencement of this recruitment exercise. Anybody that participated in YOUWIN Programme 2012/2013 can attest to the fact that the so-called reliable sources in this thread cannot be compared to what we saw in YOUWIN thread then, at the end of the day all proved to be false. Some even went as far as claiming that they spoke with the PA to then Minister of Finance, Dr. Okonjo Iweala with convincing evidence. In the long run, all the RELIABLE sources became UNRELIABLE. Sequel to that, I have become skeptical about most of these RELIABLE sources till DPR proves otherwise. Thank you. |
Onyiridike:Then wait till DPR invites successful candidates for interview. Anything short of that is a hearsay and does not hold water. |
zoom007:Nonsense |
This is what you get when you make a Lawyer a Minister of Power and Works. The Ministry and his profession are inversely related and as such incompetency has been the order of the day. Same Fashola that said "any government that cannot provide 24/7 power supply to her citizens within 6 months is not a serious government. Now he is the Minister of Power. Go and tell that to the Senate and stop the rant. |
Application still closed without success or regret mail..it is time to move on. Keeping people in this kind of suspense is wrong. |

Please, let me correct a wrong impression that has been lingering here for a long time. At this point, no one knows who will be called for the next stage and who will not be called. That your portal is accessible/editable, it is closed or your object moved is not a determining factor for now, till DPR decides otherwise. In 2012, NNPC placed advert for recruitment and the minimum requirement was 2.1 or 2.2 plus Msc. Those that applied with 2.2, third class etc without Msc were sent sms and email to update their profile within a time frame, probably because their profile did not meet the requirement, while others that applied with 2.1 and above did not have access to their portal and did not get sms and email. At the end of the day, those that received the sms were not shortlisted for exam. Although nobody heard from them after the exam till today, but those that took part in the exam can attest to this fact. |
Akexstinger:Stop insulting the guy. I think you are the Kid here. just read the trash you vomited there. Assuming 100 persons were called for a test and the company needed only 50 people to move to the next stage. If 50 people scored 80% and above because they had access to the questions and the remaining 50 that wrote the first day scored 70% and below, do you think they will call 100 of them? Definitely they will pick the 50 Applicants that got highest score, since they needed only 50 people for the next stage. Stop abusing people ignorantly. |
yildaz:Thank you. I am yet to fathom the reason behind such display of stupidity by the guys who posted the questions online. I think they are just joining the Labour market, hence, they were carried away by over zealousness and inexperience. I don't care how anybody will interpret my position on this matter, but it was a height of foolishness for anyone to have displayed exam questions , while such exam was still ongoing. It speaks volume of the kind of education system we have in this country. It was apparently a hang-over of sharp practices such people engaged themselves in their university days.. |
meetgaya:We have heard of over 1001 reliable sources, yet none has proven to be reliable. continue |
There are some questions everyone seems to have failed to ask; 1. Why is it that some applicants' profiles were open some weeks ago but got closed immediately after editing their profile. For instance, my portal was open on that fateful Friday but I did not do any editing till the following Monday. Alas, two hours later after I changed one of my referees, my portal got closed. why? 2. Some persons were sent messages to edit their profile on or before 27th, perhaps, today is 31st and according to them their profiles are still open and editable. Yet, DPR did not send any message announcing extension of the deadline (27th) neither did they close their portal nor the editing option. why? The number 2 question calls for concern, as I am yet to fathom the reason behind DPR's silence on the deadline for editing of profile. No extension notice, no closure of editing option, no closure of profile. |

obinnapeter63:I didn't understand most of the things you typed. Anyway, this is not a time for argument. Meanwhile, read what I posted again. I said they should not use the test "ALONE", meaning the test plus other variables. |
Onyiridike:I never said I did not perform well in the exam. Meanwhile, it will amount to self deception , if anyone claims he/she did very well in the exam, until DPR starts calling people for interview. Holding other factors constant, as an Economist, I think I stand a good chance of doing very well in both the quantitative and verbal sections of the exam as you mentioned in your post. I was only pointing out the fact that other variables should be factored in other than the exams result alone. I know you will dispute this fact by telling me that it was used in shortlisting candidates for the test, yes, we always believe in status quo. Granted that exams are used to separate best candidates from others, it does not always depict a positive correlation with job performance. That is why most multinationals place high premium on experience, precisely for EHs. I Applied as EH with Msc, but I am still of the opinion that relying on exam results ALONE for selecting EHs in all the stages of recruitment process will be counter productive in the long run. |
It will be a height of unprofessionalism, if DPR decides to use the charade called aptitude test as the only criterion in selecting candidates especially EHs for the next stage. I am still waiting and hopeful. |
