I asked for research answers to a simple question, why do humans all over the world believe in the existence of things beyond them? Your brother in science said it's due to man's quest for knowledge. I then brought it to his knowledge that man is not the most intelligent being on earth as scientists think ceteceans like Dolphins/whales are more intelligent. Why do they not seek knowledge like man does and why does man even in extremely remote tribes perceive the existence of the supernatural through the things he sees?

I am not debating whether athiests believe in God or not, I am only pointing out the uniformity of beliefs in the world. Even if you don't believe in spirituality does this make you blind to the reality on ground?
