There are many types of cancer with different causes.
The main cause is largely genetics and to some extent, unhealthy lifestyles.
If a relative has had cancer, then the chance of developing it increases.

If the Democrats are able to take the House, which is more likely; there will be a very very little check and he might be impeached, however he will not be convicted, since the chances of the Democrats getting the Senate is slim during the mid-team election. For the Democrats to take the Senate, it will have to be a complete wipe out and if they do; then we will have a real check and balance.

If the above happened, Trump will be essentially reduced to a figure head President, only signing and Executive Orders, which will get challenged and stopped at the lower courts, and before they walk their way to the Supreme Court, where Trump will have a favorable hearing, time would have passed.

It is also very possible he gets two terms, but if the Trumpcare bill become law and the elderly start seeing their insurance rates go up; he is done. Even as it is right now, except the states start some more vote disenfranchisement, getting a second term will be difficulty.

The truth is, within the next 8 years, the USA will self-correct and most of the current players will be in jail, because the next Democratic administration might probe this administration.

Forget that Trump is a republican, the republican senate has an agenda of their
own and they only see Trump as a trojan horse to be tolerated as long as he
plays by their rules. His failed healthcare plan is a good example.

So, I expect any agenda of Trump that doesn't fit the republican establishment
agenda to fail.

To the midterm elections, I will give it to the republicans because the mood of voters
hasn't changed that much since the presidential elections and couple with the fact
that some democrat senators are going to compete in republican-leaning states.

I don't see the democrat posing any threat to Trump, his main opponents
reside within the Republican party.

Even if he is able to put one more conservative judge on the supreme court's bench,
his agenda(dictatorial power grab) won't see the light of the day.

This is a move by Trump to disrupt the Russia probe,
the new FBI Director will be recruited for one purpose,
that is to shield Trump from investigation and go after his
enemies.
But with the US robust check and balances, I expect
this like most of Trump's plan to fail.
