Okay thank you very much, I have the GA offer letter, but the contract is not yet on my portal shayhune: During my time, I submitted the contract and GA offer letter as proof of funds when I was requesting for my i20. However, the process might have changed. You can contact ISS to be sure. |

I want to request for my i20 and I'm wondering if the GA offer letter would suffice as one of the documents for proof of funds or I have to wait for the contract. shayhune: Shoot. What help do you need?
P.S: I can't respond to PMs |

Hello...I was admitted to bgsu and I need your help on some things shayhune: Unfortunately, I can't access the account I used for this NL account at the moment, hence my inability to respond to PMs. I'm glad you found this forum. There's a wealth of information here for free. Just keep following and reading past/present posts. In no time, your aspirations would be fulfilled.
Also, I can deduce from your previous question that you intend to fund your studying here in the US. Please don't. I've seen guys live miserable lives here all in the name of hustling to pay bills and tuition. Try to get some scholarship, even if it's just tuition waiver. That will go a long way in settling in easily when you eventually come over. I wish you all the best. |

i also want to apply for university of new haven fall 2019..can I email you? Macaulay10: I think funding opportunities are hard for spring aspirants. I am also processing my admission to New Haven for fall 2019, I was asked during the process if I will like to be considered for both provost assistantship and Dean scholarships which I ticked yes....... So I don't know if that was the case for you spring applicants.
There was a lady on this thread whose admission package came with Automatic Dean scholarship for Fall 2018, but she secured RA position later sha with 2.7 Gpa and GRE 295.
And again the Fundings are for early bird, I think the 1st priority deadline for the fundings are December/January and 2nd priority is March. The school is nice sha, they waived $50 application fee for me. This to encourage others to apply sha |

Mynd44: Let's be straigh here, your daughter was rude. It does not matter if Chisom is a maid or a nanny, rude is rude and I am bothered that you did not see the need to tell her to be a lil more polite to people.
You should teach your ward basic "please and thank you" also to be polite when requesting for thing. She could have requested for a cup and it is well but "am I a dog"? That escalated too quickly.
Also bothering is that children don't just come up with this thing, someone has been deneaning to Chisom in front of her and she js learning fast. Watch your daughter.
This is a friendly advice a three years old girl cannot be considered rude.. |
