@netotse
you come across like a typical nigerian ( born and bred inhouse, schooled and mostly exposed to the nigerian orientation) Therefore I do understand your point of view. However you must try and broaden your horizon by gaining more exposure outbound The shores of nigeria
and then you will surely understand my stance.

Yes I agree that nigeria has the potential and capability in regards to human resource. but is that  enough?do you know the investment India had to make in order to cater for outsource needs they are well known for presently?
lol. . .we're getting feisty arent we?if the emboldened above is what it takes to be a nigerian then i'll i fail woefully sad (if i had any more exposure than i do now i'd be spoilt!)

what i'm against is the way u come and quote info and expect it to be true simply because it was authored by foreigners(point in case is the amount of power generated or the BA ppl lying abt ayo omotade- if no one questioned what oyinbo's sed where would that leave us?) notice i never said we dont have a prob with infrastructure or corruption i'm just against letting foreigners tell you everything.

you're older than i am so i cant say i'm anywhere as wise as you are but i do hv an edge in that i'm not willing to accept news from just anyone on just anything.

hvnt been to india so i can't talk about it but i know for certain the average nigerian can compete favourably with the average brit(i'm talking abt the ppl not the system)

u dont have to tell me we have a messed up system(i'm right in the middle of it! govt says we're going to hv 6000MW this yr and i'm like howwww?)

This is the point I have being trying to put accross - Direct from BBC

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/africa/8051602.stm

'Never seen light'  shocked

But local media has reported that the panel reviewing that investigation concluded there was no money missing, as the Central Bank still held letters of credit meant for the contracts.

The second report, yet to be made public or debated by the House of Assembly, accuses the authors of the previous investigation of holding "personal vendettas" against the former president.

Nigeria generates less than 1,000 megawatts (MW) for a population of 140 million.

In large cities blackouts are a daily occurrence, and some areas have "never seen light" as people say in Nigerian pidgin.

Those who can afford it rely on generators.

Large scale business and industry in the country is almost impossible because of the power generation problem, correspondents say.

Yeah! cheesy

Your American brothers need to stop wearing trainers on suits, that shit dont look good! grin

Me thinks with the whole waistcoat swag, it fits better with shoes and if your gonna rock with trainers, then none of those chavvy adidas or nikes

You wont catch Brashy in trainers on white shirt/waistcoat anyway, at the same time, no disrespect to whoever finds the combo ill!
lol. . . i hope that doesnt include converses. . .cos i hv these pair of pinstriped converses that look positively ungodly cool(talk abt oxymoron)

@post
as brash mentioned swag is important. . .u wear the clothes its you that makes the clothes look fly(kinda) it doesnt hv to be designer, the only thing worse than being badly dressed is being expensivley badly dressed(pardon my french).

Yea, lock the fridge. Bright Idea.

So what happens when we lost the key?

No food till the lock is broken?
my thought: lost the fridge key, how careless!
my other thoughts:come to think of it the fridge in the kitchen doesnt hv a key. . .(i plead male chauvinism)

ummmm wellllll u cld carry the child to the nearest MFM church for deliverance, if that doesnt work then u shld treat it the same way u'd treat the child disobeying u

better yet u need to make the child understand that there's stuff u can play wiv and stuff u cant. . .the fridge is for adults to play wiv get him/she a substitute!

@kunleoshob
am with you wholly, a lot of xtians fail to understand that aspect another aspect they fail to understand is the casting of pearls b4 swine the way ppl argue with muslims and post theories u would think none of them has ever read titus 3:9 if God is that important to us then i'm sure we should be able to think of better ways to serve him than indulging in barely concealed rants/fights on the internet!

P.S. jst so u dont label this as persecution i'm a christian also, and the reason i'm pissed is cos u're clearly showing no repect for the muslims and yet i'm sure if one of them put up a similar post u'd come out guns blazing!
