Shouldn't the money be used for the contract the Government awarded your company?
abi o!

sistawoman:
it is only 5% of what she recieved which is a nice commission.

My guys typically make 15% commission and those doing the grunt work like him typically recieve 8-10% in bonus pay.

I dont see anything wrong with what she gave him, and I am sure she built that into her grant money request.
things dont work that way in nigeria. . .(pretty much the same way nigerians dont jst buy cars for their girlfriends!)

Would you tell your teenage son or daughter(esp.) the time (age)  to start dating? If so at what age?

or allow them to choose when they want to start?
wot do u mean by dating?'will u go out with me' dating?
well. . .first u need to let them know from a young age that its alright to like one person of the opposite sex but its not ok to do certain things with that person and of course joke wiv dem a lot so they can tell u stuff(they wont tell u er'thing but its still better than being completely in the dark!)

babe, its as if u dont understand ur own question then. . .
hmmm, seen,
here is anoda 1, not dat educative though, but it requires c'mon sense lol
Three people check into a hotel. They pay $30 to the manager and go to their room. The manager finds out that the room rate is $25 and gives $5 to the bellboy to return. On the way to the room the bellboy reasons that $5 would be difficult to share among three people so he pockets $2 and gives $1 to each person. Now each person paid $ 10 and got back $1. So they paid $9 each, totalling $27. The bellboy has $2, totalling $29. where is the remaining dollar? undecided undecided grin
the second bolded is jst meant to make u lose site of the fact that the real cost of the room is is 25 dollars

p.s. i'm just too lazy to type woulda gone into details
FamilyRe: Why Are The Nigerians In The Uk Stingy ? by netotse(m): 5:05pm On Jun 09, 2009
true talk, but some of us nigerians dont help matters o. . .u slave all year round so that u can come home and 'display' at the end of the year, and if u dont know anything u'll think that money really grows on trees outside the shores of this country!
EducationRe: The Educative Game by netotse(m): 4:42pm On Jun 09, 2009
that question has been around the block. . .they didnt pay 9 dollars each for the room they each paid a bit more than 8 dollars
EducationRe: The Educative Game by netotse(m): 1:18pm On Jun 09, 2009

Was too busy starring at your pointy parietal bone tongue
i lvoe it when you talk dirty! grin

Tgirl4real:
Let me just drop this question that has been on my mind.

How do you help or avoid other children from infleuncing your child's spoken English? It is tiring when you have to correct and correct and the child is still picking up incorrect English from other sources.
lol. . .if i said i felt ur pain i'd be lying. . .but i tend to agree with sissy on the encouraging bit tho(in naija some types of wrong english is/are cool like we say i can like to. . .e.g. i can like to be tired) but as most ppl said making sure the child develops a reading habit is crucial not only to his spoken english but also to his thinking(ppl that read books develop much better! does anyone want to argue?)but for the spoken english part reading the books out loud should do the trick(at least if he doesnt start speaking it then he'll know the correct words)

p.s. considering the fact that most americans dont speak good english, my heart goes out to u guys raising children in america!

Jobs/VacanciesRe: FIRS Salary (Federal Internal Revenue Service) by netotse(m): 10:26am On Jun 05, 2009
for a govt body 900k is good o. . .as long as its your basic(your allawances are usu a percentage of your basic)
so plus allowances you just might get to 1.5m. cant say for certain with FIRS sha cos different parastatals hv different ways of doing things but civil servants make more money through allowances a lot of times!
