She can bring a western perspective to tourism development in Anambra. After all, its her western people that we target when we use the big word tourism. She sits across the bridge, on one hand a westerner, on the other hand loves, married , practices, understands and projects the culture, a position no other person can easily fit. This could be a big win for Anambra.

it's not like she's being nominated for Commissioner of Finance or Chief of Staff.

1. EUCOM is the command that oversees USA military in Europe and it works with NATO but different from NATO
2. Not all NATO states has the presence of EUCOM soldiers. Their could be soldiers from fellow European NATO members but no USA military is there with their base.

A good example is Turkey, Turkey will never allow an American military base in her country and its a NATO member too. Abeg enlighten me about that

Germany are not allowed to have a standing army as per the terms of surrender in WW2. They do have National guard to defend Germany so those forces you are quick to count are NATO forces.
