Thank you for contacting the IOM Lagos for your Canada Visa medicals.

To book an appointment, we require you to please respond to this email with the following information:

• Full names-

• IME/UCI/UMI number(if applicable)-

• Passport number-

• visa type-

• Sex-

• Age-

• date of birth and

• suitable date(Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). The earliest appointment date is Tuesday 29th May 18 upwards excluding weekends and public holidays.

Kindly note the following;

• You will be required to come along with your deposit slip, two passport photographs, original international passport(or a certified copy) and any available recent medical reports.

• The whole process will take about four hours.

• Your medical report will be forwarded in two working days by the panel physician to the em234bassy via the electronic emedical platform.

• The amount payable is 41,400 for adults 15 yrs and above, 32,700 for applicants 11 to less than 15 yrs, 28,900 for applicants 5 to less than 11 yrs, 27,000 for applicants 0 to less than 5 yrs. All values are in Nigerian Naira.

• You are required to pay into our account at standard chartered bank with details in the attached information sheet.

It's a syndicate, the booklets are available they are making millions off people trust me i know because the same thing is happening in PH. I took my family to Uyo and got it the same day after i was told to pay 35k to get it in 2weeks. I paid 24k for myself and wifey and 17k for my boys. I discussed at length with the Assistant to the Passport Officer and he told me that the reason why it was fast was because the current Commanding Officer in Uyo Immigration Office was a "born again" and that the last one was just like what we have in Lagos and PH. I once directed someone to him and he told me that there was no booklet at that time but that it was going to be available in two days and true to his word he called and asked me to send my friend who went and got his passport same day. Passport booklets are always available it's just being hoarded so they can rip people off.

Go ahead with your tests with MOD, do not apply for a remark with bc cos of the time waste, I guess the next draw will come down to 440 as there will be no ielts result until May 25th,thats if the next draw takes place on or before the 23rd of May..

Whatever you do, please avoid Lagos unless the person is ABSOLUTELY certain you can get it urgently. I really advice you flee from Lagos passport offices at this time. Did mine mid last month and I paid for express. It was only two days ago my contact called to say it was ready. Even as at the official collection date given to me, the passport was not ready because no booklet.

Register and print out the slip, then go to Police State Command for 'biometric capturing'. I guess if someone does it they'll have leverage when bargaining for the PCC.

I paid the official N10,750 (x 2) and printed the payment confirmation slip, photocopied their expired passport and called my contact person in

I paid only 5K to process/fast track my toddlers owns in January @ Ikoyi's.

How I did it.

I did most of the preliminary process myself. I logged on the passport office website, filled all the forms, made all the payments with my card (10,750). I printed out all the forms, bought the brown jacket file, make sure you print all forms including the one for parents/guardian.

Go with the fathers own international passport plus either drivers license /voters card/national ID care , passport picture of both father and baby. Also go with a letter of consent from the father , permitting to process international passport for the baby.

Don't answer all those Agbero's. Act as if you have an agent inside.

Go into the passport complex, go to room 4 with your file for signing,and let your begging begin. Make sure you go with your baby.

Beg the officers that you don't have an agent, and you don't have money. Appeal to them that you have done all the preliminary stage and that they should just help you with the signing and fast tracking.

I got favoured and my baby was able to do his capturing that day, I came back by day 3 for his passport. I have a contact detail I can send to you if you want.

Yeah i understand that, i just want someone who is honest enough to give me a date of receipt that they can stick to. As for the price, shey be na to haggle am till we agree on a price, except it is too exhorbitant,that should not be soo much of a big deal.

Just go to Gtbank and tell them .. Reference letter cost 500 bank statement cost #21 per page .. U have to tell them its for off cycle/embassy.. There is a stamp they put
