jimpix11: This function does not work on my own binance as it's verified with a Nigerian passport. Also, I can't create GBP ads on binance P2P anymore, I spoke to the help centre about this and the response was the same "My account is verified with 9ja passport"
Your best option as suggested would be USDT>NAIRA>GBP BANK...you may loose a lot amount depending on how much you sell usdt to naira and what amount you buy gbp.
USDT>GBP may be the better option.
Best to do the calculations first before proceeding. 5gee: I assume you should be able to update the KYC or worse case create another account
Update: Aparently, once verified, you can't change your country. there are other sites you may use like Paxful and Local cryptos but you have to be extra careful and they use ERC 20 which can have high fees. Maybe you can try creating another Binance account or use coinbase (cautiously) as someone suggested. cryptodotcom too is another good one. I found out yesterday that Huobi has p2p to but I am not confident in their dispute resolution process simply because of their reach and home base. Wow. Thanks guys. I'l do more research on this and explore all options stated. Thanks again |

BuildingProject: You can only withdraw to UK bank using bank transfer if your binance is created in the UK, for withdrawal to visa bank card, it's now 1.8%. So if your binance wasn't created in the UK, you can't use this function? |

5gee: Straight to bank. After someone shared his poor p2p experience in the UK, I now use bank transfer method when converting to pounds. Withdraw to card fee is now 1.8%. Cool I really appreciate this. Thanks 5gre |

5gee: If you use Binance, you can convert the USDT to GBP and then withdraw to your bank account. Fee is £1 for bank transfer and 1.5% if withdrawing to your bank card. You first need a UK bank account, preferably the challenger banks. I use Revolut. Please do I still need to go through the P2P hassle after conversion or I can withdraw directly to my bank account? For withdrawal options, is it same as the Deposit.... Withdraw...Transfer option? I tried to upload a picture but it's not responding. Thanks 5Gee for this insight. I was really worried |

Newbie123: Good day house...
Please can someone guide me on selling USDT when I get to UK?
I read on here one time, how someone made a legit transaction only for his account to be blocked cos the other party reported that it was a scam or something.
Please I'll like to be prepared and go about it the right way.
I'm due to arrive in August and the only way to carry lump sum out of my country of residence is via crypto or something.
Please help Please any help from our ogas in the house please? |

divinegrace4me: You can move your Naira to your UK account in a variety of methods.Through Lemonade Finance, one of them.
Your Naira will be in your UK account in within 30 minutes, according to my experience using it multiple times.
Ask @Lexusgs430, @Giselle, and @mimilyrics as well.
They'll also have some additional ideas. Thanks. But I don't have naira. I have only USDT that's why I'm asking for the USDT to Pounds way. Thanks |
