Your best option as suggested would be USDT>NAIRA>GBP BANK...you may loose a lot amount depending on how much you sell usdt to naira and what amount you buy gbp.

USDT>GBP may be the better option.

Best to do the calculations first before proceeding.

Aparently, once verified, you can't change your country. there are other sites you may use like Paxful and Local cryptos but you have to be extra careful and they use ERC 20 which can have high fees. Maybe you can try creating another Binance account or use coinbase (cautiously) as someone suggested. cryptodotcom too is another good one. I found out yesterday that Huobi has p2p to but I am not confident in their dispute resolution process simply because of their reach and home base.

Straight to bank. After someone shared his poor p2p experience in the UK, I now use bank transfer method when converting to pounds. Withdraw to card fee is now 1.8%.

Pls be careful if you're selling to anyone on binanace or any other trading platform, this include merchant accounts,. A merchant account recalled funds from my account though high amount.

I tend to use sellers with verified accounts or very high completion rate (>98%) and high volume (>1000 completed deals).
And I only do bank transfer. Avoid sellers outside UK.
