She will now claim she was made to make the earlier testimony under duress and it would be a valid argument in court.

The law is a bitch everywhere.

But the law is a bad bitch in Nigeria.
Check the confession, there was no duress there. It was in public that she said it. Even begged for forgiveness
Business › Re: Julius Eze Returns ₦2.5 Million Mistakenly Transferred To His Account by Newboss(m): 4:30pm On Jul 12, 2021
So he traced the owner and ASKED him for his account details. WRONG!

Go to your bank and ask them to reverse the transfer. Don't collect account details from anyone when this kind of thing happens to you, even if the name on the account they gave you is the same as the name on the credit alert. There are many duplicate accounts out there, the same name but different persons

@Seniorwriter
Not necessarily young. Young people are less reasonable than old people. That's something that cannot be denied.

We need people with broad worldview.

He is obviously one of them. He forgot to tell those he's talking to that even in El Savador, 8 in 10 people said they will not accept their pay in Crypto and the poorly thought case of adopting crypto as the nation's second legal tender is now in court because it is seen as unconstitutional.
Well, the constitution can easily be altered to make it constitutional. That's not a problem.

Another legal tender means that the people have another option to trade with. Hence, there would be less dependence on foreign currencies for international transactions. This is something Nigeria needs badly.

In fact, there should a channel that completely bypasses hard currency, such as dollar, and exchanges directly from your local currency to any currency on earth. No more shortage of foreign exchange because transactions are directly from the sender to receiver. Cryptocurrency is that channel.
Education › Re: New Oxford Science Academy Accepts School Fees In Cryptocurrency In Kano by Newboss(m): 10:34pm On Jun 24, 2021
Trojan8:
How do you trade something that the legal tender is against?
The legal tender is not against it. The banks, not Naira, were forbidden from facilitating the transaction.

I guess most people, such as you, have come to associate banks with money. The concept of money transcends banks. Banks only offer a service to hold money for people, and to facilitate transactions. There are mature people in this country who don't have bank account. That's the way it should be. We need a decentralised system where people do not associate money with banks

Graduate? What difference does being a graduate make?

Either you're too dull or you're just stupid. Ogbeni cut your coat according to your material.
Politics › Re: Trouble Looms For Some Private Jet Owners As Customs Begins Crackdown by Newboss(m):
This does not make sense.

You can't import an airplane. A plane is meant to fly regularly. The owner of those airplanes pay to hangar their planes in an airport pending when they need to takeoff again. In fact, buying an airplane means that you flying regularly.

If the airplane is not registered in Nigeria, then the owners should only pay for using the airport. It's as stupid as asking a foreigner to pay import duties on his airplane because it has been in Nigeria for some period of time. Has the owner not been paying for parking? Or is parking free? Parking fee is one of the expenses incurred by plane owners.

What sort of stupid country is this? Are we this daft? Our quest for money is going to be our undoing. Go and ask Zimbabwe. Let's use sense.

Sometimes, you should avoid collecting money so as to get more people interested in you. When they come, they spend, your people go make money, everybody go chop, not only government that will collecting money. Before you know, everyone would want to move their money to Nigeria. How do you think people started stashing money in New Zealand, Singapore and UAE? People are looking for where to find solace for their wealth. Nigeria is one of those place. It has always been. Check how many white people moving to Nigeria from Europe and US, e go shock you.

If government is rich and the people are poor, is that not an error? Unfortunately, that's the direction Nigeria is heading with all these lame money sucking moves.

We no get sense for this country. Na only luck we get.

Terrible. Beats a pregnant wife? Hmm!

Why do men beat their wives? Just asking.
You mean why do couples fight? That's a less biased question. So if couples fight, the man should let the woman win?

Violence is awful, but don't be biased about it. Domestic violence should be shunned. Fights should start and end without violence

Phones › Re: Nigerians Slam NCC’s IMEI, Phone IDs Directive: We Deserve Some Privacy by Newboss(m): 5:20am On May 22, 2021
If you make call or receive call, the network provider will see your IMEI number. IMEI is like IP address. It's always part of the "call connection credentials". That's how law enforcement track phones. So you don't need to submit the number for them to have it. They simply have to link your phone number to the IMEI number of the phone you have been using to make and receive calls, and assume that the phone is under your control.

Also, you can change the IMEI number of your phone.

See how this one just expose her stupidly here. Cars are a deprecating assetss, smart people don't waste money on the latest one, that loses 15% value once it leaves the dealership.
This 15% talk is stale. It's born out of ignorance. A car is an asset. You can even resell cars for profit, else there won't be car dealers. Abi na the car dealers dey manufacture the cars dem dey sell?

Make we dey think.

That is why I will never advise a fresh graduate to come to Lagos in search of job when you don't have a decent place to stay with free food. You will end up wasting your years in Lagos with hand-to-mouth work.

Presently, Lagos is living on past glory. It only favours secondary school leavers, who are staying with their parents and can collect 15k job in Alaba International Market, Trade fair complex, Balogun Market, Ladipo Market , Computer Village as Sales girl/boy. The jobs are there for them. But for a graduate, look for something to do on your own, make contacts for Federal Government jobs and pray to God for divine intervention.

As for you OP. As far as you a graduate, it is wrong to think you have nothing to show. Some of your mates are still writing carry overs in school. You can still receive a call for a job that will surpass those that have been working for years. It is called grace.
That last paragraph gives you out as a very shallow naive person.

See all the comments above. Totally SMH!
The black man is yet to allow his brain to advance. The police needed to separate the couple before one kills the other and the woman is the more endangered specie as well as her children, so it's the man that must leave the house as he can fend for himself.

However, in Nigeria, we believe the house belongs to the man, so the wife must leave for the man.

Doesn't that say that black people are closer to animals than cerebral humans.

How is it beneficial to your race to protect the strong and expose the weak to danger?
You're not a logical person. Women can fend for themselves. Stop being an emotional simp.

People like you are keeping the world in the dark ages. Grow up

Christianity Etc › Re: Man Invites Reno Omokri To Join Islam. He Reacts by Newboss(m): 1:08pm On May 20, 2021
Ignorance.

"Christ" is a title. "Jesus" is the name, not "Jesus Christ". Anyone can come out and claim to be the Christ. People need to know the difference. Christians say that Jesus is the Christ, hence, they callcall him Christ.

In fact, some religions are still expecting the Christ. Christ is not a Christian thing. It's an eastern religion thing.

It's just like when people say "God" or "god". I ask "which of the God?". These are titles, not anyone's names.

Christians should educate themselves.

I'm not into religion tho. Just setting the facts straight for the religious ones
