Nigerians are terrible hypocrites ![]() Look at the comments on this thread and you will know ![]() |
onmyowncj:So if a married woman gives you a gift after wedding, the gift belongs to the legitimate husband? ![]() It's like you don't know the meaning of gift. It's officially the receiver's property ![]() |
You guys are so dumb ![]() You're promoting the song, you dummy ![]() |
Houseofglam7:That I fūcked you and bought you a Christmas gift doesn't mean I should "put a ring on it" There are different kinds of relationship, all of which must be thoroughly defined ![]() Use your head, young lady ![]() |
tobenuel:But you can brutally beat someone up to receive such an award ![]() Now, that's very civilized ![]() |
NessaBoo:It's Eric who did it, and the intent was blackmail! ![]() If Eric and co didn't make the report, everything would have been going just fine between him and US You asked a question in your first post, and that's the answer It's Eric, not just US It's just like using the action of a member of your family to blackmail you to your boss in order to get you sacked Without them reporting, US wouldn't have made such move. The first question they should have asked was "why are you telling us this?." The intent was blackmail! You have enough sense to know that banning a family like that is plain stupid I don't have to tell you that If you want to bury your head in the sand in denial, do go ahead, but you can't deny that what US did is (not just was) plain stupid It's unreasonable. They could as well ban all Nigerians ![]() |
NessaBoo:Eric Manny is the one trying to pull him down. He and his co made the report ![]() It's a stupid blackmail that the US should have been smart enough to see for what it's. It has nothing to do with him as a person because Eric's label helped them get the visa in question, so Eric's family should have been banned too, abi?![]() So US should ban your family because your brother overstayed his visa? It wasn't just Runtown, the mother too ![]() |
dominique:Wrong! ![]() If that's the case, US would be the one trying to lure him into their territory in order to arrest him ![]() |
Jonathan:And you think US is that stupid enough to ban a family because of a family member? ![]() Eric should have been banned too because the visa in question was gotten through his record label ![]() |
That moment you realized that the cute babe you've been chatting with is a bored young man hiding behind a smartphone ![]() |
rasheylaw:How much per square meter? ![]() |
udemzyudex:Guy, this is what quit notice means: "Dear tenant, this is to inform you that you should start making arrangement to move to another house starting from today till *date* (when your current rent must have expired, and the date in question should be at least six months from today). You can no longer renew your rent on this property" If you're on a yearly rent, the best time for the landlord to issue a quit notice is at the sixth month of your rent so that you can start making arrangement for another place, knowing that you cannot renew your rent by the time it expires ![]() In that case, you're not taken unawares. You also get to llive out your rent ![]() But if the landlord gives the notice by the 11th month of your rent, then he MUST give an extra 5 months (yeah, a very stupid landlord gets to pay for being dumb) ![]() The bottom line is that you must see out your rent, and must have at least six months to the deadline. The deadline ideally should be EXACTLY when your rent expires, if the landlord is smart at all. Meaning the quit notice SHOULD be served six months before your rent expires if the landlord doesn't want to dash you free time. ![]() The landlord in this thread actually dashed the guy 2 months to make it up to six months to the deadline ![]() |
sassysure:You're even lucky to have yearly rent ![]() Monthly rent only benefits the landlords because they're sure of inflow every month without lifting a pin, while you're on a very short leash of 30 days to becoming homeless ![]() I see people paying monthly, and I know why people go into robbery If they miss a paycheck, their asses are landing on the street in few days ![]() |
MrPresident1:Monthly is as good as daily ![]() It's fraudulent! If you lose your job, then you'd have to choose between eating and paying the next month's rent ![]() But yearly, you have a shïtload of time to save up ![]() You wonder why so many people are homeless in civilized countries? ![]() Don't even try it ![]() |
asuustrike1:Which areas? ![]() Kindly list them ![]() |
Is he not the minister? ![]() In Benin, we only get 6 hours of light 2 of which are useless (3-5am) ![]() Some folks I know have forgotten what their homes look like when the bulbs are lit ![]() |
Peter4luv:I thought you had over 20m some weeks ago? ![]() |
SAMBARRY:His uncle being in possession of his document against his wish is a big crime ![]() He (the uncle) could be accused of every possible crime including rape and terrorism ![]() The boy is an idiot. Family? I don't believe in one. You fūck up, I change your life to fūcked up ![]() |
RighteousI:Which village do you live in, guy? ![]() You better leave that village ASAP ![]() |
That picture should not have been posted by that guy ![]() So many red flags ![]() |
Wuraola01:Well, that's personal. That's a term everyone must define for themself But in my world, a stranger cannot be termed a friend ![]() |
Wuraola01:Well, that's not a friend because a stranger can give you all you just mentioned ![]() I can't call a stranger a friend, I don't know about you You need to define friendship and set it apart, putting it in an exclusive class of its own ![]() |
Wuraola01:What do you understand by the word "friend"? ![]() |
I can as well say that I caught you fūcking your mother because I saw you coming out of your mother's room in boxers only ![]() You see how stupid that blogger sounds? ![]() |
The guy ended up saying nothing ![]() Views going from 150k to 1m in 24hrs is not news ![]() Maybe he should check how much subscribers are on the channel he's talking about ![]() As usual, he knows Nigerians are dumb enough to swallow it without thinking ![]() |
Ballotti:Was Osinbajo disbarred? ![]() |
Allaboutkatiee:Africa ke? ![]() It's all over the world I've sat to think about the journey of life, the processes and the possibilities I'm talking about way back before I first heard about this shìt ![]() I can't type everything here because it's a public forum. Every human being has a conscious part that can be literarily separated from the physical body through some processes (hypnosis and all that shìt. Psychologists know about this). A human being is basically like a self learning program. Bla bla bla. ![]() The main thing here is, what happens when a human being dies? The conscious part of man which makes them a person can't possibly simply shut down because it's basically some self learning stuff that is self aware and that is practically ever in motion (I wish I had a word that better explained that) ![]() I think when a person dies, they simply begin another journey Or should I say, they continue with the journey which they started when they were born A journey that has no destination, just a bunch of random fücks ![]() That means they are likely going to pop up somewhere on earth because that's the only environment humans are familiar with. ![]() My question is now: 1. Can a body dead human being practically and consciously (not just some random fücks) decide where to pop up just the way you and I can decide which direction to walk? ![]() 2. Do they retain their last form while they were on earth even after they die, and can they take a physical form at will? ![]() I think this dead people showing up stuff could be a natural phenomenon ![]() This is why I have issues with people dabbling into all those spirit whatever The person that died a million years ago is 100% conscious and has a million year's worth of experience beyond our normal life I don't think these people are nice because they all began as animals, vicious and all. ![]() Yes, humans are animals just like that cow grazing It's just difference in complexity So aassociating with those "dead" folks while bodily alive and making commitments to them could be disastrous when one finally dies It's better to keep from aassociating with these folks (irrespective of what they call themselves, they are all humans who died years back) and keep your freedom. I don't believe in deities because these are people that "died" years back and pop up on earth in different forms every now and then Some say man is all eenergy We're still learning and asking questions![]() |
Bacteriologist:That's absolutely how religious folks respond ![]() |
Bacteriologist:That you're an atheist or agnostic doesn't mean your mind should be closed I mean, that literarily makes you a senseless person. ![]() This kind of stories has been popping up all over the world, not through religious books, but through real people That should awaken your Inquisitiveness if you're smart at all ![]() That should make you ask serious questions with an open mind ![]() Throwing it out outrightly is exactly how religious people process things; that's how their minds work because they have closed minds, practically unreasonable folks To imagine you said unfactual ![]() That actor's story is at least one of the real life stories of such occurrences ASK QUESTIONS! Think, bro! ![]() Thinking "religiously" doesn't make you any different from brain dead religious folks ![]() Even seun asks questions, same as every smart person out there, before attacking any widely reported occurrence ![]() |
Ladylollypop:He wasn't looking for appreciation He could have tagged him, you know? ![]() |
