So, Saraki, as far as I am concerned, has no respect for any constitutional arrangement. He defected  into a party and became the Senate President and he is complaining that he didn’t gain.

....yes Russia can stand the US in the event of an outbreak of war but only for a limited time. Their closeness to the US will be an advantage but US will win and countered them. Russia don't have the financial muscle to finance a long time war with the US. Russia budget is about $120B while US has over $600B defence budget. Wager that.
