We celebrated dr ofodile and chukwuma who won similar awards in medics but up to now, they still live in US while we celebrate them here. Wow! Too many ediots around the corner. What-ever Our Politicians are playing out, i will advise u all to keep ur cool & stop abusing ur-selves,Stop Swallowing Panadol on their headaches,

We r yet to see the full script & if U r in the Red Zone, Run while U still have ur life 2mmorrow might be too late..

As for GEJ, i am still watching how he is exercising his powers as President, he could be the ultimate pawn in this whole script

PoliticsRe: Senators Received Bribe In Dollars Before Subsidy Removal by newmaonza: 9:56pm On Mar 09, 2012
harryakon:
it's not the first time; and we can only stand an dwatch. I think Nigeria will start to get better when the people that deserve to be there and can actually work the thing start to contest the elections. When people that are 'credible' at least for Nigerian standards try to contest the positions, we won't give them support all we do is to condemn. A classic example is Chris Okotie/ Pst Bakare. I'm not campaigning for them nor do I care if they go in there or not but i'mm sure they are more credible than most people there. But dear Nigerians wouldn't vote. there are known courageous and 'worth it' people in most communities that can be pointed to to be honest but will they contest, no they'll only complain and condemn those who don't know how to do it but who will contest anyway
Boy, do u think Voting works in Nigeria, please don't be fooled, As for Authenticity of Information, In Nigeria You are way better off trusting RUMORS especially about Politician than AIT and Channels or other so called reputable source, No b Supreme court Discharge and acquint IBORI
ProgrammingRe: A Way Forward For The Field Of Computer Science In Nigeria by newmaonza: 9:43pm On Mar 09, 2012
Thanks a lot for this thread.

FIRST AND FOREMOST ALL YOU NIIT, APTECh, MCSE, WEB DEVELOPMENT ,PHP, GUYS SHOULD JUST SHUT YOUR LOUD MOUTHS, YOU ARE ALL QUARKS PLEASE READ THE HEADING ITZ COMPUTER SCIENCE NOT SERVICING HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE "PROGRAMMES",

I think the way fore-ward is for the GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA to pursue a Policy of using only IDEAS developed in NIGERIA to solve our problems, Lets stop IMPORTING finished solutions into the country,
Nigeria is populated by Computer Scientist, Physicist,Engineers, Doctors,Pharmacist, Economist, etal but can't Practice because We Nigerians are not the one developing the solutions to Our problems.

IF the Government does not pursue a POLICY OF FORCING "LOCALLY DEVELOPED SOLUTIONs (SOFT-WARE)" on COMPANIES Operating in Nigeria, THE SORRY STATE GOES ON.

Business surpasses all those thrash people learn in school, The main motive is to Squash the competition ad get the LION share, Thank God dat the Lafarge & Heildelberg of this world left Nigeria if not I dont think our Government would leave them and embrace Dangote, Thank God too dat the Dunlop & Michelin of this world have all left Nigeria, Itz time for Innoson to use all the Bag Of tricks available to get Nigerians and in particular this our NIGERIAN government to accept him the way we all accept Dangote, I would really love to Chuck in Innoson tyres in my cars but He must prove to us that we can trust his products
