The Op's main concern is about his girl having too many male friends. And i believe that there will definitely be some of them who secretly want to smash the girl & will work towards it.

So while it's not wrong for females to have male friends, it is proper to set boundaries & define the friendship if she is in a relationship already.

I know a girl who won't go out with her male friends except with a group of other friends & don't visit their houses at all. Many may see her as stuck up or paranoid but her priority is her relationship and not what people think.

She may not just be doing it to make her man happy, she may also be doing it to prevent situations were her friends get other ideas or situations were she lets something happen that she has to hide from her man.

I have male friends a lot of them.
We are just that friends, we game ( a lot), work together, argue, talk and support each other and I do have female friends just not as many. There is no misunderstandings regarding the nature of our friendships. I grew up with most of them and value their presence in my life. How this is viewed I would not care less to be frank.

But if either of them is in a relationship, they could personally dictate to themselves limits they won't cross with their friends.

Why did the male friendships now disappear when yoi got married?

A lot of girls & guys love being friends with the opposite sex & it's usually because they like the attention they get from the opposite sex more than the one they get from someone of the same sex. So it's not just you.

But then again, it only makes sense to drop all that attention the period you decide to swear yourself to just one from the opposite sex (marriage).

I'm not saying its wrong for girls to have male friends but those girls like the attention & will naturally have some of those friends gunning to remove her pant in the near future. So these kinds of people are not suited for relationships.

I brought this link to a few muslim friends. This is an imam who has co-ordinated many mosque prayers and events. Even heralded as an islamic scholar, but the moment he announces to the world that he is gay, muslims denied him openly. They said he wasn't islam and was a Christian planted to smear the islamic name.

That's their general response to anything related to their religion. They will either try to justify the action, deny that the culprit was ever muslim or just go to their backup plan and blame it on Christianity.
