Though the Igbo and Yorugba can work together but they are clearly different from one another. Have a look at the Igbo and Yorugba in this post
I dont know but you can call their customer service centre for further enquiries.
Am glad you have quit tribalism. |
agbotaen: it is you igbos that are inferrior in nigeria , always crying of maginalisation, i am proud to be ika and nothing in the world can make me igbo, i am quite aware of my history and as for any ika man that says he is igbo ,thats ok for him ,if it makes him proud of being a majority group, but i know majority of ika people reject this theory, or what else can i say in 1967 , majority of ikas rejected going along with the igbos , or is it agbotaen that made that up too? when the ika people stopped the celebration of igbo day in the 1930s in ika land , was i there ?Piggy, why not post a link where Nduka said he is an Ikaman. Even at that, being Ika does not mean he is not Igbo at the same time. Alright, am an Ibusaman, does that mean am not Igbo. Get a life shameless pig. |
Nice is only known in Lagos while Flavour is well known all over the East. |
shymmex: @Ngodigha1Instead of fueling tribalism, you should help Benjamin Adekunle in a nursing home. He requires your assistance. It is not proper for Yorubas here to be claiming other people and at the same time creating division within the Igbo groups. Help the Yorubas who are suffering. |
Pray for peace between the Aworis and the Yorubas. Pray that Aworis do not carry out their threat of sacking Yorubas from Lagos. |
lagcity: oh i see. So everybody is deaf all of a sudden ehn?The fraudulent email address is not working. |
^^^The email address is not going through as am interested in this fight. |

afrodiva: If you all really want to educate yourself about what Niger Delta is or is not go read g.i Jones book tribes of the lower Nigeria and go to the Isaac adaka boro website to find out who the real Nigeria deltans were and the geographical territory so called. Not allthis modern day fraudulent Niger deltans. It didn't include most of the people forming nigerdelta. Igbos definitely had no part of it.(no abia imo state not even egbema part of river's state.no akwaibom or cross river's state.Ukwuani, Ekpeye and Emohua and neighbours are Igbo groups and they are in the Niger Delta. Get this into your tiny brain, there are Igbo people in the Niger Delta. |
This idiotic thread is not neccessary because Nigerian naming patterns are different. |
Hausaman.
|
This Yorubaman here does not in any way look like an Igbo. No connection between the two at all.
|
^^^The Igbo society did that in the new world and not in Igboland. In Igboland east and west of the Niger River, suicide is an abominable act. Even the Umuofian society could not touch the body of Okonkwo but begged the Europeans to do that for them ''Things Fall Apart''. But the suicide of the Okene chief was done at peace time. Infact, the Ogun govt has to exhume his decayed skeleton and bury him in an evil forest if you think it is not accepted in Yoruba culture. |
This is too bad. The Yorubas in Lagos will be laughing at their fooly. They should unite in their pursuit of sacking Yorubas in Lagos. |
lagcity: na who ask u question, bush okoro man? there are no igbos in delta. we'll drag u slaves to oodua when the time comesEdos will first claim Ondo and Ekiti before you will claim Delta. Bingo. |
alj harem: But you are not delta you are andre Uweh from AnambraSir, you must be crazy. I have said it before that Am no other person than Ngodigha, Ngodigha1 and Ngodigha2 yet to come out. |
bruv na joke be dis one?
Not a joke and never a joke. Seun is from the South west agreed, but Not Yoruba. The southwest is multi ethnic and multi cultural. Seun is Ijaw from Ondo state. |
dayokanu: I agree with you, Especially in Yorubaland, when a man who is supposed to lead an army takes to his heels, He is termed a cowars while in Ibo culture he is seen as a heroYou are a tribalist Dayokanu. It's true. |
Am a proud Delta Igbo. |

in igboland, this would qualify for a big aru/alu. in the olden days, such crimes are punished by selling off the culprit into slavery. in fact igbo sold most of their criminals to slave catchers this way. igbo have a long and abiding group hate for evil. that is why it was very easy for the whites to convince us to stop killing twins for example. the reason why osu has endured for long is because the osu in the olden days enjoyed huge privileges for centuries for example, nobody dared sell, kill or abuse an osu then. anything the osu wanted in society was immediately given to them. they were like gods! in a way, the osu thing is just retribution for many years of osu tyranny over the rest of us in igboland. but even that one is already ending because igbo man cannot sustain an evil practice no matter the reason. our group hate for evil is profound. as individuals of course, people can do all kinds of things provided they are not discovered or caught. if caught, igbo justice is fierce, like happened during bakassi boys. to me that is the main difference between igbo and yoruba. the yoruba don't care much about all that as a group.
It's true, the Yorubas do not care much about this things. Even the man who went and burnt Awolowo's monument in Lagos was spared. Only to tell the world that the chap was a mad man. |
