FamilyRe: Don't Marry If U Don't Have A Job And Don't Marry A Liability. by Nice2023(op): 7:10am On Jun 03, 2023
jeff1607:
So in the course of being married and one loses his source of livelihood, he should commit suicide right? This is why more and more men suffer at the hands of women when things go south. The best time one should get married is when he is at his low, wealthy men who have gotten married at their prime are a shadow of themselves when they lose money
If u have read my advice very well,u will understand I didn't mention people in marriage. I mentioned young men and women who are about entering marriage with absolutely nothing.

If that is what u understood,so be it. After all, there are three ways to get to Lagos, either u enter through air,bus or train from Ibadan. What matters is that u entered Lagos.

Bye.
FamilyDon't Marry If U Don't Have A Job And Don't Marry A Liability. by Nice2023(op):
Pls,if u are a young man out there planning to marry without anything doing, shove the idea,I say jettison the idea except u have an inheritance that can take care of that marriage for u.

This advice is not for everyone but majority of young men who think marriage is a habitat where u could hide ur flaws.

Marriage is expensive...however,the day u marry without financial muscle to take up responsibilities, that is the day sleep will depart from your eyes.

U will no longer sleep nor be yourself again. Have u wondered why marriages are crashing in Nigeria? and many young men and women are now suicidal because of the way everything has become in the country. The rate of divorce have skyrocketed in recent times and more persons are still opting out because of lack of care as a result of financial irresponsibility.

In Nigeria today, many persons are depressed as a result of hopelessness occasioned by financial inadequacy, bleak future, employment, effect of bad govt policies and tribal discrimination and hate.

If u are working be u a woman or man, don't marry a liability.it will drain u and leave u in perpetual bondage. In fact,do not try it and as a woman,do not leave ur job because u just married, this idea of leaving ur job has rendered many ladies weak and completely financially stressed to meet with personal needs while in the marriage.

I will leave it here.

PoliticsRe: Like Nigeria, Angola Cuts Petrol Subsidy ‘to Promote Economic Growth’ by Nice2023(m): 6:55pm On Jun 02, 2023
The subsidy in their own place has a tincture of human face in it. If not,why is it not in their cooking oil which is likely to be kerosene and others.

But here in Nigeria,it was all round, without considering the masses.

PoliticsRe: Fuel Price Surge Sparks Public Outcry: Tinubu Vows To Tackle Crisis Head-on by Nice2023(m):
What Nigerians are suffering is tribalism over competence.

The real problem is yet to start.

This subsidy removal is going to trigger more criminality in the country, those who are earning 200k might end up using 100k to to fuel their car.

Those earning below are sure to get hit harder like never before in our time.

Things will get real bad, because the poor would become miserable and isolated like never before.

Rent will certainly go up...school fees will go up.

The 133million poor Buhari created might add more in numbers in this present govt.

Let me just leave it there

No single non-Igbo appointed. Smh.

No South west State Governor, including my Governor, HE Sanwo-Olu, must appoint non-Yoruba except the Governor of his or her state appointed a Yoruba first.

Since 1999, South East state Governors keep appointing only their own but want other states to appoint Igbo. That is a recipe for injustice and kolewek.

For justice, appoint non-Igbo first and non Igbo states will appoint Igbo, collaborating by reciprocation. Gone are those days of injustice when you hold your own 100% and want to collect that of others in Yorubaland then turn around to work against the dominant political aspirations of the Yoruba when they demand you give them from your own.

Gov. Alex Otti , appoint a Yoruba today if you want an Abian to get an appointment in Yorubaland! If you don't, for justice and fairness, nothing for Abians in Yorubaland too.

The cheating will no longer be tolerated. Give us land in Igboland if you want land in Yorubaland. Give us appointment in Igboland if you want appointment in Yorubaland. That is collaborating by reciprocation.
That is not the topic here.

Do not bring the matter here...tribal bigot.

court can only order him to be paying any amount he can in small installments until he completes the payment.

Unless he defaults on the court payment schedule, that's when he would have problems
Not when he has refused to pay without giving substantial reason.

If he is unlucky, same court can remand him.

U people just make the court system look like charity homes. He can be imprisoned if care is not taken.

Those money lending apps are licenced by the same court where he is being charged,so be careful not to preempt the court.

Same court can unleash its real venom on him.

PoliticsRe: The Madness In Citizens Supporting Subsidy Removal by Nice2023(m): 8:48am On Jun 02, 2023
I asked the question before,I said what then do we benefits from the government.

Someone said, if I don't like it that i should go to Niger or Ghana to apply for their citizenship.

I just chuckled and wonder how biased and stupid some people can be even when it is apparent that they are suffering badly.

Any country that has no subsidy package or a welfare package for its citizen cannot survive.

Only time will tell if I am lying.

The almighty America has social security system and other sundry welfare packages that is still enforce today same with the United Kingdom,Spain and even Italy.
In South Africa, they have housing subsidy, they have unemployment insurance, they have cash assistance welfare programme and medical subsidy provisions.

But here, some people will just open their teeth and be following politicians without their brains intact.

What is good about this subsidy removal, when government cannot provide common roads, electricity and water.

All these are done by u...u provide solar for yourselves, some people even interlocked their streets these days and dig boreholes themselves.

What then do u enjoy from your govt...every 1k u spend or transfered to ur friends or anyone,u are charged 50naira or more through ur bank on any day u initiate a transaction.

Before December the effect of this subsidy removal will almost choke the poor among us.

not most, very few just like in every other tribe, but human rituals are very common in yoruba, no doubt but only few bad eggs especially among those traditional bearing names.
When was the last time a politician from that region stood up to condemn ritual killings.

Because many of them and the very poor amongst them are deeply involved in this.

What a pity!

Most Yorubas are into rituals and that is why u can't see them openly criticise this ritualist. Go to Ogun state...that is the head quarter of human parts depot in Nigeria.

I actually feel that was terrible judgement... life sentence without conclusive evidence. Almost like the judge was playing to public sentiments.
There was a video evidence that showed him,his son and one other person who are currently at large in the killing and ordering of the corpse.

All of this were played at the court before they were sentenced.

I know this doesn't concern me but I will still say it.
The idea of focusing your children on the educational path alone is an impending disaster. You need to let these kids skill-up and what better time to learn than when one is young.
seeing SSCE school leavers looking for jobs is dysfunctional. What do they aim to offer rather than wasting time as a sales boy/girl over some paltry sum monthly.
Others are into fraud.
Even advanced countries still encourage their apprenticeship sector as it's a critical building block of the society.
Bottomline, encourage your kids to learn a skill before a degree.

My two cent
Mod, you will do well to fire this into the front page.
Just the way to go.

Thanks for the timely advice.

Successonpoint:
I hope my story will motivate someone to take charge of their life.
I lost my job last year July, and so a friend of mine introduce me to a poultry farm where I am earning 22k per month.

A man with wife and two kids o, my wife was not happy with the job even though she has been supportive in her own little way. And then, she suggested that I should learn handwork, and so I decided to learn welder.

On getting to the man, he told me I will spend 2 years o, I will pay 70k to learn from him. Me way I no get even 20k, I begged him to collect 50k and he agreed.

Then he asked me to make part payment of 30k. I went home and told my wife, and then she gave me 20k to give to the man. I gave the man 20k and he collected it, to my greatest surprise within 2 months I started doing the welding job perfectly.

On my own, I have paid up the remaining 30k with small small repairs job he allowed me to be doing for people. And by God's grace, I have started saving up for my tools.

I really thank my wife for the advice and the welder too. The man has been a tremendous blessing to me in many way. He even told me yesterday that with the look of things I may be free from him in 2 months time except I decided to still remain with him for a while.

Please take charge of your life and stop depending on people for survival.
Thanks so much for this advice.

Mine own case is that,i have a federal job which I hate,I also have a side income that pays so much but I want to learn spare parts business which I can be importing into the country as I progress in it.

I just wish I can have the courage u have described here.
