PoliticsRe: Thank You Igbos For Thinking Home Now. by Nice2023(m):
TokunboCarsOnly:
So just this evening, I met a friend who owns a plot of land in Enugu. According to him he said he already has the survey plan of the property in his name but that his friend who happens to be a councillor there just called him and told him to come home asap to perfect the remaining documents of his property if he hasn't done so. According to his friend, there is now purchase pressure on lands in the area by people from Lagos.

I was happy to hear the news this evening. I am sincerely happy Igbo people are now thinking home. It is only a matter of time some over priced places will become a ghost town.
Currently,Real estate business in Lagos has been slow beause of the utterance of these children of hate from the West.

Most igbos are now moving to Enugu,Owerri and Abuja.

The more things get ugly, the worst it will get.

PoliticsRe: BREAKING: Petroleum Marketers Project N700/litre For Petrol Pump Price by Nice2023(m): 8:14am On Jun 29, 2023
Lagos is not Nigeria.

I still want to remind people that Tinubu never performed well as the governor of Lagos state and we shouldn't expect much other than taxation.

That is what that man is good at. Taxation, taxation and taxation.

Ask him his score cards as the governor of Lagos state,he would tell u how he made fashola and others governor. Not even a single hospital he built during his time.

Expect more increment in everything.

I just pity the illiterate poor in the country.

GWMI:
So many people just wish Tinubu failure not knowing that wishing him failure, doesn't mean he will fail.
Let's see what happens in weeks to come as we survive this new Government policies.
But one lesson learnt is that, Nigeria was a highly subsidized society now all subsidy is going we got to bear the heat.
Then u don't know anything.

In America most of things there are subsidised. Petrol, food and name it.

In South Africa here, they have housing subsidy, unemployment insurance/subsidy,health insurance and many more alike.

In Egypt, the energy sector is 72% subsidised and to shock u also, they have food subsidy till this day.

In Namibia, there is what they called national electricity support tariff.

These are things u do for ur country to avoid impoverishing the people but here,u guys just talk without brains.

After all this, ask urself what do u benefit from ur country's wealth.

FamilyWhat Is Wrong With U Civil Servants,i Mean Some Of U? by Nice2023(op):
There is a growing trend of poverty among most civil servants and if that trend continues,u guys may end up becoming poorer than ur fathers.

The bad aspect of it is the middle class poverty among educated retirees...and this has made working in government like a curse to majority of civil servants immediately they retire from office.

I visited an office in Abuja the other day to see a friend and in one of our discussions,i asked him a questions. I said, hope u guys are planning for your retirement and i equally mentioned that he should not rely on that monthly contribution because,it has already been eaten-up by inflation? Immediately I mentioned that,he went cold and sober and voice lowered and in a show of surprise,he said, when the time comes,it will surely take care of itself.

For those of u who are still in the ministry and agencies, have a second income or even third one if u must survive the present Nigeria. I took my time to visit some offices because of the kind of work i do and realised a good number of workers could not afford the transportation cost and most decided to ration it.

Most salary earners are not finding it easy these days and I pray that situation we are in would change things for the better.
