FamilyRe: Should I Move To Abuja Or Remain In Enugu? by Nice2023(m): 9:26am On Nov 21, 2023
Bscholarly:
I just graduated from the faculty of Law UNN and I am finding it hard deciding whether to relocate to Abuja or just stay in Enugu. The cost of living here in Enugu is apparently cheaper than Abuja.

By the way, I still have law school to go and NYSC (which I will most likely be doing in Abuja this year). I have been doing very well as a web developer before I graduated from school and I am most likely not ending up a lawyer (at least not now). So my job is not affected by my location.

I want to move my things down to Abuja and get a one bedroom there. But the cost is just too high compared to what you get in Enugu. In places like Kubwa, Abuja, it is around 1.1M for something decent.

I know the exposure is also there in Abuja.. But i am somebody you won't see out side for days. I really need your recommendations guys.
I live in Kubwa and I can tell for sure that accommodation is pretty expensive in Abuja and it environs. It was recently increased because of the ground rent saga lately.

Some landlords are owing ground to the tune of of 5million naira, and after such payment, they end up increasing everything hence the problem.

PoliticsRe: The 3 Institutions That Would Cause Revolution/war In Nigeria by Nice2023(m): 3:29pm On Nov 19, 2023
Caseless:
1. The Judiciary

2. The Police force

3. INEC

Believe me, after religion and ethnicity, these institutions are the "likeliest" to cause war or trigger a military takeover in Nigeria.

If we're all ready to get Nigeria working, our attention should be focused on fixing these critical institutions.

The political class has hijacked the judiciary. A nation without a good Judiciary, a good electoral umpire and an effective policing system that's not corrupt, is on a downward spiral.

Corruption affects everything in our national life, but we should fight to insulate this institutions from corruption. If we get it right with these institutions, I can guarantee you our greatness and growth.

PoliticsRe: Bayelsa State Has Money, But It Is Underdeveloped Because of bad Leadership. by Nice2023(m):
The truth is,the people don't like development. They like to follow those that are oppressing them. Look at a state whose oil income from federal govt is times 20 of abia and imo combine yet u can not see super projects in that state.

What they do literally is sharing the money among themselves and nothing more.

What favor? Didn't he train himself to be man enough while training her?

Training any woman is a charity and should never be done at the expense of training oneself as a man
The woman became very rich.

Built a house for him, a duplex for that matter in Abuja...made so much money from real estate.

Nigerians 93 million of them are classified because they earn less than $2 per day not because of how they spend

Education is the panacea to get out of poverty in the north.

In the east,it is absolutely not.
