My reason is that,no-one can survive just by saving money except u invest ur money.

I once had 8 lands and i sold them off and that doesn't mean that I am corrupt I remember also,how I bought a land for 4.8million and today,same land is going for 18million.

There are professional land speculators of which i am one of them.

I haven't heard and never in our history has the value of properties gone down.
