Thank you. You know my problem is that I panick. I can't help it though. My head becomes hot, my chest becomes tight, it feels like I can't breathe, the fear of uncertainty. It's usually worse when I read about all the negative news about Nigeria, like how the economy is crumbling. I get so afraid because of the responsibilities I have and then things keep getting worse. Talking about it yesterday helped me calm down. I know it might happen again, but hopefully I will be in better control. After all, if I haven't died up till now, it means it can only get better.
