It's only a stupid governor that will fix roads for a satanic party like APC. Delta State government will not.

They have been doing this since the time of Obasanjo pls,sentiment apart,say what u know.

Irrespective of the party involve here,it is my office that processes the budget for repayment.

Give me an example of that state that has been refunded?

Tinubu categorically told Wike the federal government is not owing Rivers State because of roads. Tell me the state that has been refunded?

U are not educated enough to be here to tell us what is happening.

I work with federal ministry of work and housing in Abuja...anything u don't know ask questions.

States are allowed to finance and construct federal roads and and a repayment plan is always scheduled for them. That is what Nyeson Wike did in Rivers and he was successful.

EBONYI state governor constructed 70% of federal roads in Ebonyi and got his round back from federal govt.

In 2018,Akwaibom state governor constructed 1,301 km of federal roads in his state and got his refund back.

Don't say what u don't know and look stupid at the same time.

This is what is obtainable but most governors are greedy and would never accept to do such construction because of their instant gratification mentality.

I was born in Lagos in the 80's and I have since left there as early as year 2003.
