tell me your experience and where it happened. I know some places in Nigeria are in hot soup especially in kaduna, zamfara and south west oyo and ondo. Can you say that akwaibom is not safe or enugu or owerri or jigawa or gombe or kebbi or even ph?
Today in America 8 people were shot dead in cold blood, so the whole america should run away because of that or is it last week a girl was killed by a police man in Uk, even in Uk they are killing people in care homes with lethal injection, so the whole uk should run away because of that?
No where is 100% safe but countries are safer than one another...Op is better off moving to another africa country than nigeria...someone said he should be taking flight bcoz of insecurity and he should never move out of lagos island, is that the best way a citizen should live in his country...if there are safer africa countries where he can start up a successful business why should he choose Nigeria
TravelRe: Relocating Back To Africa Or Staying Abroad by Nicoswit(m): 11:29am On Mar 17, 2021
Look into starting business or real estate in a stable and safe african country...don't think of coming to Nigeria, insecurity is increasing everyday

BETTER than Naija's....Cameroonians shake their heads when they read some stories about Nigeria's security issues on the internet.

It doesn't mean u should let your guards down or travel at nights ( for those that like such).
* P.S: Presently the rains have started in Cameroon ( & BAFOUSSAM),
Alright...thanks

No time, just contributing my own quota. I don't know who will assist with this that lives in Cameroon as well.

Cameroon is NOT America ooo, it is similar aesthetically to Nigeria, however it has more liberal policies and one that u can maneuver your way through.

One can start from Bafoussam, get id then explore FOUMBOT and DOUALA. Yaounde is where seat of government is and many embassies.

Population of Cameroon is just 25 million and Nigeria is 200 million. If more level headed, hard working and positively ambitious Nigerians enter, I see no problem with it. Just know that Cameroonians cherish and LOVE us and even if the 2 governments are playing BOSSES and do not mingle much, we the PEOPLE can mingle and do much more with ourselves.
Alright....what about security in cameroun?

Monthly, your landlord in Cameroon will bring the electricity bill, CONFIRM by checking it too, give him the money and he could give receipts always or at times.

Eneo light calculation (for 1 month for a tenant who moved into a house in 15 December and started consuming electricity):
15 December to 15 January: 16KW: 16X 100= 1600frs

15 January to 15 February ( It rises to 35KW): 35-16KW( last bill)=19KW....19X 100= 1900frs

15 February to 15 March( It rises to 39.5KW): 39.5-35 KW( last KW it rose to)=4.5KW...4.5X100= 450frs

* Always note the KW it ROSE last to, eg in March, it is 39.5 KW. If by April 15, one sees 49.5KW, it means 10 KW and April 15th's bill will be: 10KW X100= 1000 frs
Miss, what do you think about starting a thread on cameroun?

Corruption dey here WELL OOOO, however their Police is still more decent & professional than ours.
Come and contribute positively here and be BLESSED in return and no Papa or Police go get your time.
Avoid the anglophone sides even when u get your id card. If no id card yet, on arrival stay WITHIN Douala or Bafoussam ( any u choose), mind your business.
The id card is already like u are a citizen ( not even permanent resident) that is why it is POWERFUL.
On arrival, you go understand why this id card powerful and why some Nigerians here, u must beg them before they go back to Nigeria. People dey even prefer to fly in & out due to the crisis at Bamenda which is closer to Bafoussam( 2.5 hrs drive maximum)... Make I no talk too much why Nigerians here no wan leave here....Enter 1st and ASSIMILATE biko.
Alright

If you ask me, the endsars protest yield absolute no results.

Between Gbongan to Oshogbo, osun state, there's like 4 police check point, one VIO, one FRSC, making a total of six on a less than 30km journey, each one extorting commercial drivers.

Infact, I've made it a theme not to demand/claim right from any officer out there, I go jejely opt for a peace resolve until I'm able to leave this impossible nation or make enough dough that will give me the privilege of these Vagabonds in power.
But this burning and lynching of Police stations in the east is worrisome, beheading is not the solution for headache, I hope this won't lead to much bigger issues when criminals take over
I really pity those who lost their lives in endsars protest...in Lagos now police have started stopping guys and checking through phones again...the endsarz protest yielded nothing

This na one madam I met in an area called Palmeraie. We went to a local maquis to chop fish and attieke. After, chopping she entered express to my villa.

For the first hour, we played music and relaxed, she even danced sef. I said it was getting late and wanted to take her home - reverse psychology. She said she wanted to freshen up after sweating small. Once she entered shower, I followed.

You know the rest...this place sweet pass

Food here is easy to find but we have more variety in Naija. Food here tends to be time related, so my fav dish tchep is only served up from midday -3pm. That time of the day is hot and I like to work out in my yard in the villa at that time. I like a heavy sweat. So, I normally fly into my place with a container and they fill it to the brim.

Plantain is chopped smaller and they call it Alloko. Hard to find after 6pm from the road side stalls.

Their main food is grilled fish and attieke (ground cassava) which costs about 2,500 naira for a good size meal.
2500? WTF!

First of all, you don't need 25m to settle in the UK. You don't even need half of that.

Second of all, you're married with 5 kids.

Best advice you can get is; Don't do it. Don't even consider going to the UK.

How can someone mention Liberia? Gosh why are Nigerians so evil? I hate Nigeria with passion and Liberia is the first place I ever went and started to thank God for being born a Nigerian. Theres no words I can use to describe how horrible liberia is. You have to feel it.

Op what skills do you have to warrant a work visa. If it's menial job you want to do then look at Poland.
Can you plz share your liberia experience
