Hello, @InvestorTeeMan For my interview, can I use a birth certificate gotten from NPC in 2010? I was born in 1995 |
Congratulations to you 🎉 When was your interview, and what questions were you asked...if you can remember. stephenonyx: |

Good evening house Please what's currently the most important document needed to process and get a visitor visa to Canada? I do not have a travel history (Lived all my life in Ajah). I work remotely from Lagos for a company in Bahrain and own my own startup here in Lagos. I have enough means of financial support (figures in USD) My goal for visiting Canada is to be somewhat closer to my fiance who's in the US (We currently have an ongoing visa application with the US government). |
Thank you InvestorTeeMan: |
Hi everyone. Is it okay to apply for F1 having already filed the I-129F for K1? I just got admitted to Boston Uni's MBA for this fall but I'm not sure how applying for F1 will impact the already submitted K1. Please advise |
The journey finally begins. My fiancee submitted the I-129F yesterday, 10/2/2023. Stay tuned for updates 😎 |
Are you based in Lagos? How can I get in touch? |
Where in Ikorodu? Can we do inspection today? |
Hi all, I know this topic has been discussed numerous times, but I honestly didn't see any of them particularly address a situation where one is already working remotely with a US company, and they have to move to the US on a K1 visa. In my case, I work as a Software Engineer for a tech startup based in Ohio. Been working with them for 18 months now. Since I am not legally allowed to work in the US until I get the EAD Card, my questions are: 1. Should my fiancé list my job in the employment history on the form I-129F? 2. Do I have to quit my job before I move to the US given visa is approved? 3. Should I let my employer know I am moving to the US? |

Oh... Thanks. I'll be celebrating my one year work anniversary with them in January. So, probably better to include like you said. Thank you |
Hi guys. I currently work with a company in the US (remotely) full time as a Data Analyst, but I also have a Nigerian company I consult with on a part time basis. My fiancee is about to submit our application, but I wanted to know if I should include my remote job or just the Nigerian job as part of employment. Would it hurt our chances if I state that I currently work with a company in the US? |
Okay. |
Originalsly:Lol...What money is being made bro? She was placed on oxygen and given drugs to heal her lungs. Zinc and vitamins were also administered to boost her immune system. What money exactly is there to be made from telling you I had to pause over a month of my life to take care of my grandma. All the struggles from the house to general hospital ikorodu, to Mainland hospital in Yaba, then transferred to Ajao estate. The trauma from seeing men and women die and you think money must be made. All is well. At this point choose to believe what you want. |
Originalsly:Yes, she tested positive for covid pneumonia. I can't come out to tell you all that she's using for her treatment because I am not a medical doctor and it may mislead others to self-medicate. However, vitamins are included in her treatment. |
Originalsly:Who told you covid only lasts for 2 weeks? When the virus affects your lungs, your oxygen levels drop and your lungs will not be able to transport oxygen to the rest of your body. This is what results in shortness of breath. When my grandmother was admitted, her oxygen saturation was 64. The normal saturation for humans is 97-100. She had to be on 15L oxygen for 23 days before she started recording 90 in her saturation level. Then the oxygen was reduced to 10L, then 8L. Even though we're home now, she still averages 93 whilst she continues taking her drugs. Don't let anyone deceive you that it lasts for 2 weeks. Also, you could take a walk to any of the isolation centres and have a chat with those doctors or nurses volunteering there, maybe you'll understand how the virus works. |
malcom1X:She had covid pneumonia. Covid comes with different complications. For old people, long covid is vei common. This means their oxygen saturation levels may not improve until after a long period of receiving oxygen to their lungs. My grandma was on 15L oxygen for 23 days. It was after that period her oxygen saturation level got to 90. Even though she's back home, she still averages 93 in a day when the normal level should be 97-100. That's how best I can explain |
Taking the vaccine is not mandatory except you work in places that require you to. I was only explaining to the guy who called me a liar. malcom1X: |
Unknown31:Lmao. You may not understand my story, hence you calling me a liar.. My grandma was admitted to the isolation center for 1 month and 3 days and I had to take care of her throughout till she was discharged. I saw people die right in front of me due to complications from covid and carelessness from some of the MA. If you choose not to believe, it's left to you. I just sincerely pray you or your loved ones don't experience Covid Pneumonia. |
The numbers being reported are less than what's actually happening. I work at both IDH and the Ajao estate isolation centers |

Hi everyone. What are your thoughts on applying for a part-time course (IT related) in Limerick ? I can afford to pay for the first year, but will be heavily reliant on jobs to pay for the second year. I don't have to worry about accomodation and feeding for the first year because I have a family friend who's willing to take care of that. Please advise. |
...Guy... I don't know if to laugh in Chinese or French. So she tested positive for "covid pneumonia". I asked for the medications because there is none that is being officially given for the effective treatment of COVID-19. But .... money must be made.
