Igbos are peaceful, that's why they can easily leave their comfort zones to go live in the ends of the earth. Yes, a few of them might be abusive, loud and proud, it should not be mistaken to be the attitude of generality of the igbos. Yorubas on the other hand are friendly and accommodating, fun to be with. My best friends during my primary and secondary school days are Yoruba. They are an intelligent bunch with great passion for learning and research. A few of them might be unruly and toutish but one thing that I know is that they are not COWARDS. A tribe with ambassadors such as Wole Soyinka and Co cannot be ascribed as such. The Hausas are friendly, honest and loyal. If you secure the true loyalty and love of an Hausa man, you can be rest assured that the word betrayal will be alien to you. Just don't cross the red line of religion and their women and you are good to go. Please let's see the good in one another. |
Interview with writing materials ? My dear run for your dear life. They'll waste your time, money and energy Seriously it not worth it |
Just like the PDP, Akpabio also became politically lighter the day he stepped out of the PDP. He lost touch with the political realities of his own locality hence, he lost the election. |
If you suspend him, what then happens to his mandate |
Why is Osinbajo's certificate of return saying office of the president? How many presidents were elected on Saturday |
The mystery of the kwankwasiya movement has been revealed. Alas, it was a scam, e for even worse for the guy had he won the PDP's presidential ticket. Anyways life goes on for him. Am sure Ganduje learnt that dollars stuffing skills from him because in one of the videos, he confessed that he wasn't seeing much money when he was the deputy governor. |
The north is also part of Nigeria, so what are we taking back from them. If at all anything has been hijacked, the only way to take it back like the op is suggesting is for us to cure the menace of voters apathy in the south, particularly the south east. That is the first step. |
Akpabio left the jungle where he was a lion to the city where he became a dog. Even in one of his ass licking as a dog, he was offered an opportunity to reclaim his kingdom in the jungle (umbrella) but he refused. Politicians must learn to feel the pulse of their people and not arrogate to themselves the position of being a god to their people.

Why argue with them. He should have quietly gone to the polling booth and vote for candidates of his choosing. There's a reason it's called secret ballot. |
I agree with MURIC on this one. |
Sane and good Nigerians, collect the money, It is part of your national treasury that was looted that you are collecting back, after that, vote for the candidate of your choice! Nigeria must be great again! ................. ....................... ...................... .................
I agree. That's why Tinubu should be encouraged to also dole out his 'good money ' on time let the people have a feel of what the national cake tastes like. Then we can make our choices. Politics in Nigeria is so dirty that even the saints in politics are forced to work with sinners. The only example I can remember here is The Buhari / Tinubu alliance |
NgeneUkwenu:Buhari brought him from the region of first class citizens who in his eyes are better than others |
Let there be peace I will peacefully congratulate the winner on Monday. |
It is foolishness to think that APC is an Islamic party and PDP with an equally Muslim candidate is a Christian party. Religion is indeed the opium of the masses. |
sarrki:You are a master of hypocrisy. When it was buhari's turn, what was your reaction?? |
Thank God for life |
GenSpecifics:You don't have to be this raw Common now |
They can relocate their polling units to Niger republic or Chad. After 1.5million votes go show for there |
Chizuru01:That's why we the voters don't need to pretend as though there are only two candidates in this presidential election |
The press release was well articulated. Lai Mohammed is better with prepared speeches than speaking from the heart. The guys at the speech department did justice to this address. Am impressed |
When did the PDP resumed their presidential campaign? Last time I checked, it was suspended. |
He needs all the protection he can get from the state. Enjoy your stardom while it lasts. I await another block buster research finding from your office. Let your agency not be like Dino Melaye's ANTI CORRUPTION NETWORK that fizzled out after he won election into the Senate. Such whistle blowing agencies should be encouraged by all well meaning Nigerians |
She is not from the family of the cabals and probably doesn't have any electoral value so she can remain in captivity. Government of deceit. I blame the people for pretending as if we have only two jokers in this presidential election. |
In the absence of credible information from the government, such rebuttal becomes commonplace. Why wait for prof kperogi to provide his figures before releasing yours?? A government always on the defensive sees it's citizens as its enemies. Ask Aondoakaa and the cabal that managed Yar'adua's health how it ended for them. We are entitled to know what health challenges our president has so that we can pray for him. Maybe that's too much to ask from the cabal |
This gist looks juicy. Only that I was no where close to a beer parlour so that I can wash it down with ice cold beer and some plates of pepper soup |
He must have declared his assets as a judge but once confirmed as substantive CJN, he has up to 60 days to update his asset declaration form |
Let me paint a metaphorical picture of the FG Vs Onoghen debacle. A black footballer plying his trade in Europe, Italy to be precise - where racism is still an issue, slides to tackle an attacker inside the eighteen yard box. The white attacker overreacted, clutching his leg, crying and feigning injury. Note that the match in question is a champions league final match. The referee, basing his decision on the actions of the attacker awards a penalty. Without the help of a VAR, the decision stood and the penalty kick decided the outcome of the match. Those of us watching on the screen saw the slow motion and the tackle was not that serious. We complained, we wailed and we conjured conspiracy theories of racism and other forms of bias on the part of the referee. Alas, the man was just doing his job and when he took the decision, such thoughts of favouritism and racism didn't cross his mind. In the end, the game has been won and lost and the drama that followed were consigned to the dustbin of history. |
Sahara reporters exposed Onoghen earlier but it wasn't politically expedient to act on the report then. The anti corruption guy only dug up the Sahara report |
This timeline is spot on and reflects the true Nigerian situation. We move on so easily and it's fine sometimes after all Justice Onoghen shot himself in the foot |
Justice Onoghen gathered an ant infested firewood and the result is what it is now. Maybe he forgot that he doesn't have immunity and failed to put his acts together. The man for just tell them say the money na my own and we share it 50/50. Lols He just got served. Let the aggrieved also dig into the records of the Acting CJN and if there be any skeleton in his cupboard, please blow the whistle. |
Stalwert:Your warped mind told you that everyone that disagrees with you is a sympathiser of the corrupt and you a saint right?? I guess Amaechi, Tinubu and Babachir Lawal are also saints Most of you are not educated, just indoctrinated because it's obvious from your myopic responses. If you are half as intelligent as I thought, you would answer my earlier question. You don't cherry pick which court order to obey as a democrat. Please tell me.... Is Sheik Zakzaky a corrupt man I ask because he has my sympathy and just like millions of his followers, I am worried about him well-being. |
