Only 3 herdsmen were arrested while those who are protesting against the carnage were arrested to the tune of 14.. Is this not absolute bias? Can the military deny not knowing where to find those terrorists herdsmen?
The state sponsored ethnic cleansing can't be hidden anymore... Arrest the leaders of miyetti Allah to produce other terrorists elements sent by them to kill people always.. If this is not done then buhari simply is behind this whole issues. |

And nobody has been arrested, no python to dance and crocodile to smile in plateau state. And no attempt to criminalize the herdsmen who clearly are known as the 4th deadliest terrorists organization in the world. Still, a stupid bastard of a president thinks reorganizing internal mechanism of the country's security is the answer to this brazen madness.
Truth of the matter is, he is the one supporting the terrorists herdsmen clandestinely to kill those who refused to be subjugated through forceful take over of their land. This is hard fact and let's not forget in a hurry, those who took responsibility for this carnage are yet to be arrested. That is clear indication that the president is behind these attackers with instrument of the state to wipe others off the surface of the earth. |

This governor is gradually looking like an overfed oaf... By the way, Abakaliki people aren't trouble makers and he shouldn't make them look like one with his petty statements.
This is so petty when u consider that the idiot of a governor had this to say while he connives with fulani people to bring his own people down.

olas24u: regionalism is very important and awolowo planned to support even the minorities to have their own regions.all the police killing yahoo boys are all from hausa and igbo land.In a regional system they will stationed were they understand and speak the language and you can kill your people if you like.dont tone anything down because of my gender.never do that LOL I shouldn't tone it down, right? Well u picked on the wrong guy then.. Listen up babe, like u rightly pointed out, regionalism or outright dissolution is the key to everlasting peace between all of us. Of a truth tribalism is just a cancer but whose fault as it stands? The igbo man blames the Yoruba man, same way the Yoruba blames the igbo man. the hausa man blames the igbos and yorubas too. It goes on and on and on. So, the circle is nothing short of MERRY GOES ROUND |

For the fact that u are a lady I have to tone it down a tad.. Now have it in ur mind that we live, eat and drink from the ocean of tribalism in this country.. The igbos, yorubas and hausas , including other minority tribes are guilty of tribalism.. The fact of the matter is, we pretend all is well while we have serious issues underneath our minds.. Talking about land, Yoruba people own houses in igbo land of course. I have seen two Yoruba people in enugu state, so u shouldn't worry about anyone taking ur property from you unlike those criminal landlords in Lagos state known for selling one plot of land to different people. |

TeejayMaya: Joe Igbokwe says it raw!
"Did the Yoruba go to war when June 12 1993 Presidential Election won by their illustrious son Chief MKO Abiola was annulled on June 23rd 1993 on a sheet of paper by IBB?
Did Yoruba go to war when Abiola’s wife Alhaja Kudirat Abiola was murdered in Lagos in the morning of Jun 4 1996?
Did Yoruba go to war when the winner of that historic election was poisoned on July 7 1998?
Did Yoruba go to war when those who killed Abiola imposed Obasanjo on them as President in 1999?
Did Yoruba accept Chief Ernest Shonekan when IBB made him to head the interim government in 1993? Yoruba rejected OBJ and Shonekan because this unique race has never been slaves to public office and yet they have remained number one in Nigeria in almost everything. This is wisdom and strategic thinking at work.
Those of us who have lived in Yoruba land for years should not only learn how to wear Aso Ebi, eat Ewedu soup or dance Owambe, music.
We must have also learned other unique things from them like sharing property to both male and female children, religious tolerance, ethnic tolerance, transferring legacies from generation to generation. Do you know that APC National Leader Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s wife is a Christian? Do you know that former Governor Fashola’s wife is a Christian? We can learn a lot from Yoruba. Yoruba too can learn from Igbo in areas of thinking home, business enterprise, self-help, apprenticeship, etc.
A Yoruba woman, a Pastor Mrs. Eunice Olawale Elisha of the Redeemed Christian Church of God old NEPA Road Phase 4 Kubwa, Abuja was killed by unknown persons on Saturday morning of July 9, 2016, while preaching the gospel around 5.30am. I have followed the reactions on the internety and Yoruba do not behave like the Igbo. They have been speaking but not preaching hate. They have called for the culprits to be fished out, prosecuted and punished. If Mrs. Eunice Elisha had been an Igbo hell would have been let loose. There would have been abuses and abuses. But Yoruba are not Igbo. This is civilization. This is strategic thinking. I hope our people can learn from this. Civility is not a sign of weakness. He who fights and run away lives to fight another day.
When GEJ marginalized Yoruba in his cabinet for five years despite been the most vocal in an effort to make him president, Yorubas didn't threaten anybody, they didn't abuse anybody, they simply fought in a peaceful & civilized way to effect a change in 2015 using their PVC. Today the most active VP since the independence & most likely, the next president of Nigeria is Yoruba. Fashola heads 3 ministries & referred to as prime minister in some parlance, Kemi Adeosun heads finance, Fayemi heads mines etc. That's how to fight for relevance in multi faceted country like Nigeria & not taking up arm against everybody.
To have ears is not to listen, to listen is not to hear, to hear is not to understand, to understand is not to put to practice. I know that writing this may not get me many friends among the Igbo, but it always gets me the right ones"

Politics › Re: Any Govt That Watches Its People Killed Everyday Has Failed – Rotimi Amaechi by Nightwolf1: 10:29am On Jun 11, 2018 |
KEVIND: The Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Amaechi, has noted that any government that watches the killing of its people on a daily basis is irresponsible. Amaechi said that the Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike has failed in providing good governance for the people of the state. The former governor said that under Wike’s watch, killings and massacre of the people persist all over the state on a daily basis. Amaechi, the leader of the APC in Rivers, said this at the weekend at a rally where he received hundreds of supporters of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, into the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Bera, headquarters of Gokana Local Government Area of the state. He said, “Every government has a responsibility to protect lives and property. The reason there is a government is because the people are alive. If a person dies there will be no government. “Any government that watches its people killed every day is an irresponsible government. Governor Wike watches his people killed every day. “I met a woman yesterday whose husband was killed in front of her with her son watching. It could have been any of you. I can assure you today that this government of Wike has failed. “When I was your governor, you slept and I kept awake. As governor, I chased away criminals to their holes. I know that the reason they are into crime was because they had no money for them. “I knew that for you to stop a man from crime you need to provide an alternative means of livelihood. And to do that, I started building infrastructures. I built schools, hospitals and health centres.

ernieboy: while I don't want to be an advocate for saraki are u seriously suggesting that we take allegations by the police as the absolute truth? the Nigerian police I know are experts at forging allegations and lies, there are numerous folks who are in police custody now, not because they committed an offence but they were frame with false allegations by the police. we have also seen numerous instances where the police pick up well dressed boys on the street only to get to the station and stick an allegation on them. After going through peoples comments here, u are the only one who truly understood how the Nigerian police works.. Those guys are criminals on a different scale (Nigerian police). One would thought that they have video evidence backing up their claims but heck, they are basically relying on confessional statements from those robbers whom we do not know if they have been compromised to speak against saraki or not considering the fact that the Nigerian police could be trusted in framing up anyone with criminal's tag.. |
