There's nothing wrong in being an undergraduate. I know you and him run things in the education section so it's natural to defend your guy, but for the sake of posterity I want to give you a full timeline because I suspect you haven't followed the story from start to finish.

1. I was talking about about Paul pogba's performance vs crystal palace and described watching the game with my father in law.

2. UniqueGem posts a very acidic reply to my post, ignoring the yarns about Pogba and proceeding to call me a liar for suggesting that I followed both the United and Chelsea games.

3. I reply with a playful yabbing but lengthy post explaining why I could only watch the Manyoo game on telly, while I covered the other games by streaming on my other devices.

4. UniqueGem then proceeds to insult me by calling me an a living (sic ) son in law who owes his existence to his father in law.

As a self sustaining married man who is also a father, who has been living alone since the age of 18, I took serious offence to that.

5. I then decided to show uniquegem how I watch TV on the go whilst hitting him with some return jabs.

6. Your guy then makes a huge mistake by telling me he can buy me a plane ticket back to Nigeria and will offer me a job.

This is when I decided to to go through his post history to see who I was dealing with, only to find he gained admission this year. I graduated from Uni almost 10 years ago so of course I had to put him in his place...

Put yourself in my shoes, and ask yourself if I'm the bad guy here...

Messi doesn't even wait for supplies. He drops deep into the middle of the park, tries to create loopholes in defenses with his runs, and eventually ends up scoring a goal he was actively involved in setting up from the initial stage. That's something Ronaldo can never do. CR7 would rather wait like a big baby for the ball to come to him because he is useless as a playmaker and isn't half as creative with the ball as Leo is.

Stop making excuses for Ronaldo. He's a great player no doubt, but Messi is on another level.

I tender apology to the group, not because of Nihilist and his cohorts claims but because of the disruption caused (tho it's a moment many on this thread lives for).

I decided to go offline and not engage anyone here because I felt there was nothing to say to convince anyone because minds where already made up.
From the onset, I didn't want to go personal calling on anyone's grand father or family lineage, I only used a word common to this group "canopy analyst". But it's all good. To some, Nihilist won a battle, but I didn't set out to cuss anyone's generation and I believe I accomplished that.

As for the claims, action Will speak louder than words.

This isn't about a battle bro. We are all comrades on this section though we may disagree from time to time. I understand that you were only concerned about my well being and safety when you asked if myself and my wife's father were watching the match in a loud and rowdy environment, while offering to purchase a flight ticker for my safe passage home to Ondo state.

Even though it may have come across in a harsh manner, I was only checking to see if you had finally managed to secure those undergraduate scholarships you were applying for early this year. The cost of education is really high these days bro, so I can understand why you appeared so anxious on those threads.

Anyway I wish you the best in your endeavours and my regards to your cousin as well. Hopefully your programme completes on time without strike so that you can finally enter the workforce and contribute to society through gainful employment.
