So Dan Brown got the effontry to pen a rather forlorn novel. Besides the crass leverage on Catholicism and the shove-it-down-your throat Atheist preaching the recurring questions still remains: All the wonders of arts, design and human ingenuity becomes utter meaningless in the face of the most important question >> Who created Me? >> Where did We come from?.. Dan's attempt to answer these questions, in my view , was as shallow as a road side ditch. The novel started on an intriguing prospect only for it to dwindle towards name calling and the typical jab against Catholics. Rolls eyes At the end The pertinent questions weren't answered or when he tries to profer theories it was merely a Child's list of elementary biology

reidkrugger:Thankie I think specialization is extremely important in 3D . You are officially an animator and, in my opinion , I would rather keep refining my skill sets in Animation rather than branching into another area. Of course there are generalists Many will give an Arm and a leg plus one eyeball, yours truly included, to just become an animator. ..lol I keep spreading the fingers like that becos 2. Its easier to rig/skin in Maya when the fingers are that far apart. u know, it makes hammering them vertexes easier...I think 1. it looks more dramatic at least. |

Then I am trying to get the head gear bind together with the motif... I am wondering how to make those exaggerated Egyptian eyelashes? Anyways, I got the greatest thrill today.... Two of my most esteemed tutors : Hossein Dilba and ravecg_tutorials began following me. I don't know if this is worth anything but I am so happy. I can kill a dodo now. huhuhu I must say, that joining instagram really exposed me and created this, almost self-serving, hunger to be liked by my peers in CG. in other to get the most likes, I found myself pushing the limits of my expertise. And when a Tutor, whom you secretly begged God to make you good like him, begins to like and follow ur works/portfolio....it feels like an Epiphany.

I am the King of Pimples. It's an undisputed fact. I love pimples. What would I do with out them? Imagine If she's got Vertiligo? i guess the Egyptians will quickly obliterate that fact from their papyrus scrolls and obelisks. They never report on any calamity or defects relating to their royals...

So I refined and chiselled all I could. I'm yet to define the lips.. I particularly hate making a female face. It's too smooth and devoid of gestural rhythm... I didn't care about the ear details cos itx going to get covered with those caps that Egyptian goddesses wear.

I tried to to make a character that is almost, if not a Chimera. A female wt well defined muscles and legs ending in cloven feet. Imagine getting kicked on the shin wt those ungulate legs

the very last Xter for the year ... Thank God for all his blessings. For this Character, I am going to give everything that I have learnt....Hair, Bevelled-Tatoo,Tentacle,Ropes,Belt, Loin Cloth, Muscle, Non-hair Eyelashes, Nondestructive Rigging , Multilayered Skin and A very brief Animation of him gearing to Strike (Main aim here is for his Organic Tentacle, I ve been studying tentacles lately) His name is Isis_Tenhotep. And hopefully complete before Dec 31, 2017.

Darkcrisp:Aloysius Pendergast....my best Character, the only person that comes second is Hannibal Lecter. Pendergast is almost Hannibal Lecter except that hez not a Cannibal. He x suave, has a morbid curiosity for the dead, how they died and who killed them. He likes Mathematics just like Lecter. He x a programmer too and likes Classical Art and Music |
