Pls don't kill that precious baby! My dad once frustrated my mum to abort me, but she insisted on keeping thepregnancy.She gave me the chance of coming to d world, and I believe I will bring glory to my family soonest. Give the world that baby as a gift, he/ she may represent the hope of our dear nation. I detest abortion with passion!

So why doesnt he just leave her?

Because it easnt easy to leave someone in which you have invested your time and personal life.

You get married to an individual with the hope that the manners and personality they portrayed during courtship will continue and even improve during the course of marriage proper but it isnt always so. In fact the act of marriage makes your partner relax on certain issues and you see the person raw for who s/he really is. No more pretence,no more illusory acts of kindness, no more frequent facial make-up or smart dressing before coming to see you. You realise that what youmarried was hiding under the surface of a shiny attractive object. The real person cannot be trusted with certain responsibilities or knowledge. The real person doesnt share your dreams or aspirations.

YEt you still can't leave because

1. There is the hope that one day maybe the person you once loved will swim to the surface again. and hope is a very powerful binding force.
2. There are other people that will suffer if you leave e.g the kids. And you dont let the ones you love suffer. You'd rather give your life for them.
3. Society would see you as a failure. And yes, society is important. you live in it. You want to be accepted by it.
4. You wont be happy with yourself. Even with all the media hype praising single parenthood and divorced individuals for thier bravery and to celebrate thier "new found freedom", the truth is that we all just want to be loved and appreciated by a companion. No one truly wants to be alone.
5. You cant imagine losing all the time and effort you put into this relationship, this marriage,just getting lost, wasted just like that. ITs like losing a huge sum of money. Its devastating. Hoe do you start all over again? How are you sure the next person will be better?

So whats the solution?
I dunno. Keep at it I guess. Realise everything can't be perfect. Do your best to improve on yourself, build up your own innner strength. Make yourself as self-sufficient as you possibly can. Be the factor in your life that makes you happy. No one else should be responsible for your happiness but you. Try and ignore those things s/he does that hurts you, get away from the environment when it starts. Focus on the ones you love(your kids) and make them happy,give them the best you can, shower them with your love, wish the best for them and pray for them. cos you are doing this for them too.

And keep hope alive. Who knows, your transformation and self sufficiency and inner joy might just be what is needed to bring your partner to see you and in turn him/herself in a new light and want to improve on themselves as well.

Marriageeee! One institution DT we find very easy to enter, only to realize that our expectations only exist in movies, and not in reality. It is also very difficult to exit irrespective of the realities in marriage. I guess the best is to work hard to make it work.

Any woman who keeps monitoring her husband's phone is simply immatured and jobless. A man that will cheat will cheat, irrespective of how often you monitor him. My marriage is 8 years old, and hubby knows I have better tasks to fulfil than to keep monitoring a man. My aim is to make myself so relevant in his life and my community dt he cannot do without me. Sidechicks are just for f**king purpose, wives are life partners. Women should aim to grow more than just being sex partners and baby machines, grow up to be his friend, vision partner and soulmate.

Fellow women will never listen. A cheating husband is just engaging in physical exercise with his girlfriend. Most of those relationships are just to satisfy sexual urge in the immediate, and they may most often not love the ladies in question. A gud wife will position herself to be a good soul mate and companion which he can't do without. The man will always come back if you are his true friend. Just leave him alone. Women should develop strong mind and stop monitoring their husbands.

There should be tenable strong evidences to prove rape allegations as I suspect that many of the rape cases are sexual acts that are reported could have been contracted on mutual consent but only turn to a rape case when the man is not able to fulfil certain demands of the lady to a satisfactory point. This case like many other rape cases reported lack merit. A woman has come to the hall as claimed. Did the victim in question cry out and the woman did not hear her cry? A study room is not a vault for crying out loud that her voice would not be heard by people for witness. I am not fooled by this story. Men are being made victim of ladies sexual escaped and we need to protest it before others are affected.

Love is a strong feeling of affection towards someone or something, sometimes you don't have to see or feel those you love, take God for example,we love him but he's invisible.

Obsession on the other hand is to occupy ones mind with something or someone, in such a way that It takes control of you and impairs your judgment.

Bottom line is we you can love without being obsessed, and you can be obsessed without loving, I know someone who is obsessed about the fear of death. I hope I made some sense.

It is well my sister. Patience, tolerance and understanding is d key. I am speaking from experience. I am married to a man DT complains at almost everything in d house, including my kitchen affairs. To the extent that I always skip for fear before he talks knowing fully well DT he will complain and get angry . I must confess DT I really wanted a divorce at a time. Our marriage is 8yrs old now. I recently discovered that I cannot change him, I just have to change myself to understand and tolerate his weaknesses so DT we can have a happy family. My marriage is sweeter now and sincerely my husband is changing.
In summary, see dis as his weakpoint DT you cannot change, change urself to accommodate him, and I bet you, you will be happier.
